The project will be carried out in the applicant’s premises, in the historical park in Naprawa and the facilities located there. The bats are covered by the legal form of protection — species protection — in accordance with the Nature Conservation Act. According to a chitosan diagnosis at ul. The 4 Oleśnica (Myotis myotis) (Myotis myotis) (Myotis myotis) was found to be present on the whole of the stale of the building covered by the project. The following species were also reported during the evening observation: carlik malutki (Piprelullus pitstrelus) and Bowiec (Nyctalus nodotura). Currently, road and pedestrian lines are too close to the bat habitat, causing people to exert negative pressure on them. The park includes building elements which require demolition in the context of the removal of human pressure (conversion of pedestrian/road corridors) and infrastructure elements requiring transfer to the perimeter of the historic park (transformer station, within the noise emitting park). Work is also needed to protect the habitat. Access to the stac, which is the natural habitat of bats, has been reduced as a result of repairs. The sites identified by the presence of bats must be adapted so as to ensure the living conditions and the breeding of endangered bats. Full description in SWI. The Habitats Directive in Annex II lists the species covered by the special protection. Among bats, this includes: large nocek (occurring at the facility). In Annex IV, The other species covered by the project are listed. The project will fully preserve the biodiversity of the site and will build awareness of it among the inhabitants. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie należącym do wnioskodawcy, w zabytkowym parku w Namysłowie i obiektach tam zlokalizowanych. Nietoperze objęte są ustawową formą ochrony - ochroną gatunkową - zgodnie z ustawą o ochronie przyrody. Zgodnie z rozpoznaniem chiropterofauny z 2016 przy ul. Oleśnickiej 4 odnotowano obecność odchodów nietoperzy na całym strychu budynku objętego projektem -m.in. nocka dużego (Myotis myotis). Spośród nietoperzy jest to m.in.: nocek duży (występujący w obiekcie). W załączniku IV Dyr. Siedliskowej wymieniono pozostałe gatunki objęte projektem. Finalnie projekt będzie służył zachowaniu bioróżnorodności obszaru oraz będzie budował świadomość o niej wśród mieszkańców.
