La Région organise et finance la formation professionnelle des personnes détenues sous main de justice dans les différents établissements pénitentiaires en gestion publique. La décentralisation de cette compétence de l’Etat à la Région a pris effet à compter du 1er janvier 2015. La Maison d’arrêt Le Mans-Les Croisettes est en gestion déléguée depuis 5 ans, le contrat a expiré au 31/12/2015. Ainsi, le contrat de délégation prenant fin, la Région des Pays de la Loire a pris le relai de l’Etat pour une mise en œuvre des formations au 1er janvier 2016. Ce projet s’inscrit dans la mise en œuvre de cette compétence dans les Maisons d’arrêt Le Mans-Les Croisettes, la Roche-sur-Yon et Fontenay-le-Comte. (French)

The decentralisation of this competence from the State to the Region took effect from 1 January 2015. The Maison d’arrêt Le Mans-Les Croisettes has been in delegated management for 5 years, the contract expired on 31/12/2015. Thus, as the delegation contract ended, the Region of the Pays de la Loire took the responsibility of the State to implement the trainings on 1 January 2016. This project is part of the implementation of this competence in the arrest houses Le Mans-Les Croisettes, La Roche-sur-Yon and Fontenay-le-Comte. (English)
