This project is part of the Unique and Global City Contract 2015-2020 of the Belfort Community, signed on 11 May 2015 by all stakeholders in the neighbourhoods. This operation is part of the Patrimonial Strategic Plan of Habitat Territory to maintain the attractiveness of these 60 dwellings where many seniors reside. Thus, this project contributes to the improvement of the living environment by working on ageing (e.g. installation of electric roller shutters) and urban renewal through the rehabilitation of this tower, which is located at the entrance of the district “Dardel-Méchelle” and will become a strong signal for this neighbourhood which has just been integrated into the Priority Districts of the City of Belfort (QPV). Ce projet s'inscrit dans le Contrat de Ville Unique et Global 2015-2020 de la Communauté de l'agglomération belfortaine, signé le 11 mai 2015 par l'ensemble des acteurs intervenants dans les quartiers. Cette opération est inscrite au Plan Stratégique Patrimonial de Territoire Habitat pour maintenir l'attractivité de ces 60 logements où résident de nombreuses personnes âgées. Ainsi ce projet participe à l'amélioration du cadre de vie en travaillant sur le vieillissement (installation de volets roulants électriques par exemple) ainsi qu'au renouvellement urbain par la réhabilitation de cette tour qui est située en entrée du quartier "Dardel-Méchelle" et deviendra un signal fort pour ce quartier qui vient d'être intégré aux Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville de Belfort (QPV). Les travaux permettront d'améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments ce qui induira une économie en terme de charges pour les locataires et une amélioration de leur confort. (French)
