A Red Twin building located at ul. The Kasprus27 in Zakopane is included in the Malopolska Provincial Register of Historical Monuments A115M of 10.10.2007. The scope of the project involves building maintenance in the building and in the area of the area around the Red Dwory. The project also included expenditure related to equipment for retrofitting a facility in furniture, equipment needed for the efficient operation of the functions located in the building. the project foresees three main investment tasks and two non-investment project management tasks and preparatory costs. The investment tasks are: Renovation of the interior of the Red Dwory building, the development of an external site around the building, the purchase and installation of interior interior fittings for a building. the works of the site can be distinguished from the demolition of parts of the walls, ceilings, stairs in the basement, ground floor and on the loft. The building’s foundations will also be strengthened. Another element is the installation of new building elements on the different floors: walls, ceilings, stairs, security of stairs. The work will also cover the exchange of door and window frames and the maintenance of painting, cleaning, impregnation of existing elements of the internal construction structure. Works connected with the replacement of part of the roof structure and roof cover in areas destroyed or damaged will also be directly linked to the building. Maintenance measures will be carried out on the rest of the decent technical state of the roof. The task will also cover the maintenance of the façade of the building and the installation of a new and improved parts of the existing sanitary and electrical installation. A new lighting system based on energy saving technologies will be created in the framework of electrical work. (English) | |||

Budynek Czerwonego Dworu zlokalizowany przy ul. Kasprusie 27 w Zakopanem jest wpisany do Małopolskiego Wojewódzkiego Rejestru Zabytków Nieruchomych A115M z 10.10.2007r.. Zakres projektu obejmuje prace budowlanokonserwacyjne w budynku oraz na obszarze terenu wokół Czerwonego Dworu. W projekcie ujęte zostały także wydatki związane z wyposażeniem modernizowanego obiektu w meble, sprzęty niezbędne do sprawnego prowadzenia działań z zakresu funkcji lokalizowanych w budynku.W ramach realizacji projektu przewidziano trzy główne zadania inwestycyjne oraz dwa zadania z zakresu nieinwestycyjnych zarządzanie projektem oraz koszty przygotowawcze. Zadania inwestycyjne to: Renowacja wnętrz budynku Czerwonego Dworu, Przebudowa terenu zewnętrznego wokół budynku, Zakup i montaż wyposażenia wnętrz budynku.W zakresie prac we wnętrzu obiektu można wyróżnić działania z zakresu rozbiórki części ścian, stropów, schodów w piwnicach, na parterze oraz na poddaszu. Zostaną także wzmocnione fundamenty budynku. Kolejnym elementem jest montaż nowych elementów budowlanych na poszczególnych kondygnacjach: ściany, stropy, schody, zabezpieczenia schodów. W ramach prac zostaną także przeprowadzone wymiany stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej a także prace konserwacyjne malowanie, czyszczenie, impregnacja istniejących elementów wewnętrznej konstrukcji budowlanej. Bezpośrednio z budynkiem powiązane będą także prace związane z wymianą części konstrukcji dachowej i pokrycia dachu w miejscach zniszczonych lub uszkodzonych. Na pozostałej w przyzwoitym technicznym stanie powierzchni dachu zostaną przeprowadzone działania konserwacyjne. W ramach zadania zostaną także przeprowadzone działania konserwacyjne elewacji budynku oraz montaż nowej i poprawienie części istniejącej instalacji sanitarnej oraz elektrycznej. W ramach prac elektrycznych zostanie stworzony nowy system oświetlenia oparty na technologiach energooszczędnych.Pozostała część opisu znajduje się w punkcie Q. (Polish)
