Now 31.10.2018, the school counts 511 pupils, a daily, evening and in absentia school. Recruitment will be made to students in the following courses: — t. electroradiographer, -t.masseur, dental hygienist, -t beauty treatment, occupational therapy, child care nurse. A total of 120 students (108 K/12 M) and 5 vocational training teachers will take part in the project (3K/2M). The project’s main tasks consist of two rounds of student traineeships and courses, one in 2021 and one in 2022, as well as education trips. In addition, the project includes internships for teachers in cold 2021. The hourly pay gap for students is 160 hours/month, and for teachers it is 40 hours. The main reserves that will be achieved through the implementation of the project are: To improve the knowledge and skills of students, to improve the quality of school education, to update the practical knowledge of vocational training teachers. — to improve the responsiveness of education to the needs of employers in the labour market, to increase employment opportunities in the post-school profession, to acquire additional skills in the industry in cooperation with employers, to raise the level of professional competence.     GŁÓWNYM CELEM projektu jest podniesienie umiejętności uczniów i słuchaczy, jakości kształcenia oraz lepsze dostosowanie do potrzeb rynku pracy wśród 120 uczniów/słuchaczy i 5 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego Centrum Zawodów Medycznych i Społecznych - Szkoły Policealnej Województwa Podlaskiego w Białymstokub do końca września 2022r. Priorytetowym obszarem działania projektu będą przedsięwzięcia nastawione na doskonalenia warsztatu praktycznego przez uczniów/słuchaczy i nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego. Doskonalenie to odbędzie się w formie staży zawodowych oraz udziału w specjalistycznych kursach zawodowych z branży. GRUPA DOCELOWA Obecnie (stan na 31.10.2018r.) szkoła liczy 511 uczniów, kształcących się systemie dziennym, wieczorowym i zaocznym. Rekrutacja na staż będzie prowadzona wśród uczniów/słuchaczy z kierunków: -t. elektroradiolog, -t.masażysta, -higienistka stomatologiczna, -t. usług kosmetycznych, -terapia zajęciowa, -opiekunka dziecięca. Łącznie w projekcie weźmie udział 120 uczniów (108 K/12 M) oraz 5 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego na w/w kierunkach (3K/2M). GŁÓWNE ZADANIA Projekt obejmuje dwie edycje staży i kursów dla uczniów - jedną w 2021 roku oraz drugą w 2022 roku, a także wyjazdów edukacyjnych. Ponadto projekt zawiera edycję staży dla nauczycieli zimną 2021 roku. Wymiar godzinowy staży dla uczniów to 160 godzin/miesiąc, natomiast dla nauczycieli to 40 godzin. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu to: -podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności uczniów/słuchaczy, -podniesienie jakości kształcenia szkoły, -aktualizacja praktycznej wiedzy nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego. -lepsze dostosowanie kształcenia do potrzeb, które zgłaszają pracodawcy na rynku pracy, -zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie w zawodzie po ukończeniu szkoły, -nabycie dodatkowych kwalifikacji w branży we współpracy z pracodawcami, -podniesienie poziomu kompetencji zawodowych.
