The main objective of the project is to improve the skills and quality of the practical training and to better match the labour market needs of 70 (4K, 66M) to students/pupils and 6 (3K, 3M) to vocational training teachers in the technical schools group in Suwałki taking part in traineeships and additional activities in employers and universities for the period up to 11.2021. Audience: — 70 students at the Technical College in ZST in Suwałki technician — 16os. (16M) telematic techniques — 12os. (12M) renewable energy equipment and systems — 9os. (8M, 1K) construction techniques — 19os. (16M, 3K) electrical techniques — 14os (14M) — 6 teachers/li (3K, 3M) of vocational training in the ZST in Suwałki. The main results of the project are: increasing skills and competences for 70 students; increasing the skills and competences of 6 teachers/teachers; improving employability and career prospects; strengthening self-empowerment and self-esteem; increasing motivation to continue participation in education or training, the acquisition of new professional experience and skills in the working environment by students, enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education and training (VET) and mobility in the labour market, including the adaptation of vocational education to market needs. Main tasks: — vocational training courses for 40 schoolmates/pupils and vocational training courses for 6 teachers/teachers, -laboratory activities for 20 students with industrial automation at the Białystok University of Technology, -specific specialist courses for 10 students in Danwood S.A. and Plum, -modifying 2 curricula for existing courses: construction techniques and electro-technical techniques. All of the following problems arise from the diagnosis of the needs of the Technical School Group in Suwałki accepted and approved in 2017 by the Suwałki District Authority. (English) | |||

Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie umiejętności i jakości kształcenia praktycznego oraz lepsze dostosowanie do potrzeb rynku pracy wśród 70( 4K, 66M) uczennic/uczniów i 6 (3K,3M) nauczycielek/nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Technicznych w Suwałkach biorących udział w stażach i dodatkowych zajęciach specjalistycznych u pracodawców oraz na uczelni wyższej w okresie do 11.2021r. Grupa docelowa: - 70 uczennic/ów Technikum w ZST w Suwałkach technik elektronik - 16os. (16M) technik teleinformatyk - 12os. (12M) technik urządzeń i systemów energetyki odnawialnej - 9os. (8M,1K) technik budownictwa - 19os. (16M,3K) technik elektryk -14os.(14M) - 6 nauczycielek/li (3K,3M) kształcenia zawodowego zatrudnionych w ZST w Suwałkach. Do głównych rezultatów projektu zaliczymy: zwiększenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych przez 70 uczennic/ów; zwiększenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych przez 6 nauczycielek/li; zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie i lepsza perspektywa kariery; zwiększenie usamodzielnienia i poczucia własnej wartości; zwiększenie motywacji do dalszego uczestnictwa w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, nabycie przez uczniów nowych doświadczeń zawodowych i umiejętności w środowisku pracy, zwiększanie atrakcyjności kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego oraz mobilności na rynku pracy, w tym dostosowanie edukacji zawodowej do potrzeb rynku. Główne zadania: -staże zawodowe dla 40 uczennic/uczniów oraz staże zawodowe dla 6 nauczycielek/nauczycieli, -zajęcia laboratoryjne dla 20 uczniów z automatyki przemysłowej prowadzone na Politechnice Białostockiej, -dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne dla 10 uczniów u przedsiębiorców (Danwood S.A. i Plum), -modyfikacja 2 programów nauczania na kierunkach istniejących: technik budownictwa i technik elektronik. Wszystkie poniższe problemy wynikają z diagnozy potrzeb Zespołu Szkół Technicznych w Suwałkach zaakceptowanej i zatwierdzonej w 2017r. przez organ prowadzący, czyli Miasto Suwałki. (Polish)
