La réalisation de cette opération d'investissement comprenant une maîtrise d’œuvre et travaux permettra de créer et configurer un véritable espace d’accueil de qualité , original et intégré situé au cœur de la citadelle de Calvi et permettra ainsi de proposer et valoriser l'ensemble de l'offre touristique existante du territoire balanin et de ses produits et favoriser également le potentiel de développement touristique de ce territoire en privilégiant prioritairement les ressources et richesses patrimoniales de son arrière pays.
