W ramach Projektu Zintegrowanego z działania 3.2.2 RPO: Przygotowanie i wdrożenie indywidualnych planów edukacyjno – zawodowych 864os. dorosłym (476 K) oraz uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez 268 os. dorosłych (148K)zamieszkującym na terenie subregionu łomżyńskiego, w obszarze kwalifikacyjnych kursów zawodowych lub kursów umiejętności zawodowych odpowiadających na zapotrzebowanie lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy w okresie do 30.06.2020r. Projekt grantowy (tzw. bon na szkolenie) dotyczący pozaszkolnych form kształcenia dorosłych, takich jak: kwalifikacyjne kursy zawodowe i kursy umiejętności zawodowych uzupełnione o poradnictwo edukacyjno-zawodowe. Zadanie 1 Działania pro świadomościowe osób dorosłych • Utworzenie 7 Biur Obsługi (powiaty: łomżyński, zambrowski, kolneński, wysokomazowiecki, siemiatycki i hajnowski + NOT Łomża) oraz 2 Subregionalnych Biur Obsługi (m. Łomża, Bielsk Podlaski). • Przygotowanie procedur i dokumentów Etap 3. Opracowanie i wdrożenie Portalu Kariery • Etap 4. Prowadzenie doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego Zadanie 2 Dystrybucja bonów szkoleniowych – 9 biur. -Bieżąca analizy potrzeb rynku pracy w oparciu o Subregionalną Radę Ekspertów – pracodawcy, PUP, eksperci rynku pracy, Izba Rzemieślnicza, Izby Przemysłowo Handlowe, CECH, Uczelnie wyższe).
