The project concerns the taking of business cooperation activities with future counterparties and the products offered by N Cosmetics Edyta Wilk-Domalewska. The project is also linked to promotion measures aimed at increasing the company’s market share in the market for cosmetic products, in particular through participation in national events -fair 1 items) with an international dimension and participation in international trade and trade events (2) with international coverage to promote product offers and the Applicant itself. The project is also linked to specialised advice on the development of a new business model (pcs. 1), a document describing the business architecture of the company in the new markets. The project also provides for the purchase of intangible assets (3 items) to implement the 2 B2B (marketing and sales) systems necessary for the organisation and handling of the cooperation with business counterparties. The project will also lead to a large-scale promotion campaign, increasing the chances of obtaining both domestic and foreign counterparts. The immediate results of the project will be: Number of enterprises supported in the internationalisation of activities — 1 Number of undertakings that have implemented organisational and procedural changes — 1 — Private investment in support of public support for enterprises (subsidies) — PLN 161 249,76 — Number of information and promotion projects of an international nature supported — 3 Number of projects supported by specialist counselling — 1 Not shown above key (mandatory) indicators shall be taken as zero. Projekt dotyczy podejmowania działań związanych z nawiązywaniem współpracy gospodarczej z przyszłymi kontrahentami oraz kooperantami w zakresie produktów oferowanych przez N Cosmetics Edyta Wilk-Domalewska. Projekt związany jest także z podejmowaniem działań promocyjnych mających na celu zwiększenie udziału przedsiębiorstwa w rynku produktów kosmetycznych, w szczególności poprzez udział w krajowych imprezach wystawienniczo -targowych 1 szt.) o zasięgu międzynarodowym oraz udział w zagranicznych imprezach wystawienniczo -targowych (2 szt.) o zasięgu międzynarodowym celem popularyzacji oferty produktowej oraz samego Wnioskodawcy. Projekt związany jest także z doradztwem specjalistycznym w zakresie opracowania nowego modelu biznesowego (szt. 1), czyli dokumentu opisującego architekturę działania rynkowego przedsiębiorstwa na nowych rynkach. Projekt przewiduje także zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (3 szt.) w celu wdrożenia 2 systemów typu B2B (marketingowego i sprzedażowego) niezbędnych do organizacji i obsługi współpracy z kontrahentami przedsiębiorstwa. W projekcie znajdziemy również zakrojoną na szeroką skalę kampanię promocyjną, zwiększającą szanse na pozyskiwanie kontrahentów zarówno krajowych jak i zagranicznych. Bezpośrednimi produktami realizowanego projektu będą: - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie internacjonalizacji działalności- 1 szt. - Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które wprowadziły zmiany organizacyjno-procesowe - 1 szt. - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) - 161 249,76 PLN - Liczba wspartych przedsięwzięć informacyjno-promocyjnych o charakterze międzynarodowym - 3 szt. - Liczba projektów wspartych w zakresie doradztwa specjalistycznego- 1 szt.
