La ville de Bordeaux souhaite donner du travail aux personnes sans qualification n'ayant jamais travaillé ou ayant depuis longtemps perdu leur emploi (jeunes sans qualification ni expérience professionnelle, adultes chômeurs de longue durée, RSA) recrutés parmi le public prioritaire défini par le Plan National pour l'accès à l'emploi, habitant les communes du pôle territorial ouest. La logique de cette démarche est d’habituer ou de réhabituer au travail des personnes sans qualification, n’ayant jamais travaillé ou ayant depuis longtemps perdu leur emploi (jeunes sans qualification ni expérience professionnelle, adultes chômeurs de longue durée, Rsa etc…). La ville de Bordeaux confie à une structure d'insertion par l'activité économique des tâches socialement utiles, axées sur la distribution des repas du midi servis quotidiennement aux élèves ainsi qu'au personnel du Lycée Horticole Professionnel Camille Godard, soit 240 repas par jour environ (30 salariés et 210 élèves). Ces heures de travail rémunérées, support de la démarche d’insertion, sont obligatoirement accompagnées d’un dispositif d’accompagnement spécifique à chaque individu. Il est donc demandé au prestataire de faire réaliser des tâches peu qualifiées de distribution de repas sous forme de libre service sur plateaux. Il s’agira de remettre en température et reconditionner les repas livrés par le SIVU de Mérignac. Le personnel ainsi recruté est chargé de l'exécution des tâches détaillées ci- après : * le dressage complet des tables de la salle de restaurant, * la remise en température des plats (liaison froide), * le conditionnement des entrée/desserts en vue de leur distribution aux usagers, * la distribution des plats chauds aux convives (service à l'assiette), * le nettoyage et le rangement de l'intégralité de la vaisselle, * le nettoyage et le rangement de la salle de restaurant (mobilier et sols) après le service, * le nettoyage et le rangement de l'office (mobilier, appareils, ustensiles et vaisselle) après le service, * le nettoyage et le rangement du local de plonge, * le dépôt de l'intégralité des déchets dans les bacs prévus à cet effet. The city of Bordeaux entrusts to an integration structure through economic activity socially useful tasks, focusing on the distribution of lunch meals served daily to students and to the staff of the Lycée Horticole Professionnel Camille Godard, i.e. approximately 240 meals per day (30 employees and 210 pupils). These paid hours of work, which support the process of integration, must be accompanied by a support device specific to each individual. The service provider is therefore asked to carry out tasks that are not qualified as self-service meals on trays. The aim will be to warm up and repackage the meals delivered by the SIVU of Mérignac. The staff thus recruited shall be responsible for carrying out the following tasks: * the complete dressing of the tables in the restaurant room, * the reheating of the dishes (cold linkage), * the conditioning of the entrances/desserts for distribution to users, * the distribution of hot dishes to the guests (service on the plate), * the cleaning and storage of the entire dishes, * the cleaning and storage of the restaurant room (furniture and floors) after service, * cleaning and storage of the office (furniture, appliances, utensils and dishes) after service, * cleaning and storage of the dive room, * deposit of all waste in the bins provided for this purpose.
