Expérimentation d’un service d’appui des syndicats de copropriétés visant la réalisation de travaux de rénovation BBC ou BBC par étapes. L’opération vise à mettre en place à titre expérimental un service d’appui aux copropriétés visant à susciter des opérations de rénovation globale permettant d’atteindre le niveau BBC en une ou plusieurs étapes. L’objectif étant de 20 copropriétés accompagnées jusqu’à la finalisation d’un programme de travaux. Pour cela, un référent est mis à disposition des copropriétés afin de faciliter leurs démarches avec une approche principalement méthodologique et pédagogique. (French)
