Cette action expérimentale viserait à : * sensibiliser les acteurs de l’insertion et les entreprises au travail de l’autre, * permettre la contractualisation d’un partenariat se concrétisant par une entrée effective du public cible, dans les entreprises, * ouvrir de nouvelles dynamiques de collaboration entre les acteurs de l’accompagnement du public cible, dans les entreprises, * offrir un maillage territorial efficace et cohérent sur l’ensemble du département. * Dans le cadre de cet appel à projet, la collectivité chercherait : ==> le dépassement des représentations afin de mettre en place des moyens pour répondre aux besoins de chacun, ==> la mise en place d’un travail en commun sur la valorisation des personnes, la formalisation d’actions en outils partagés (fiches de poste, outils d’intégration, charte, stratégie de prospection adaptée aux territoires et aux publics…), * le développement des modes d’accompagnement de la personne vers et dans l’entreprise (parrainage, tutorat, autres actions innovantes et complémentaires de l’offre de droit commun…) (French)
