Cette reprise de 83 salariés, permet de sauvegarder l’emploi dans une vallée vosgienne fortement impactée par les fermetures d’usines, où le taux de chômage est l’un des plus importants de Lorraine. L’objectif est de maintenir et développer, sur ce site, une activité industrielle de sous-traitance automobile tout en recherchant des développements et des marchés nouvelles filières sur le long terme. Sur la première année l’exercice les objectifs de la direction ont été : - acquisition d’une autonomie commerciale ; - fidélisation des anciens clients (PSA, RENAULT, FIAT, DAIMLER, TRW, etc.) ; - développement du marché des pièces de rechanges et des marchés de niches ; - développement du LEAN Management.
