Le projet consiste en la mise en oeuvre d’un accompagnement global pour des demandeurs d’emploi présentant un cumul de freins sociaux et professionnels qui entravent la recherche d’emploi et nécessitent un accompagnement coordonné sur ces deux champs. Il s’agit de simplifier le parcours des demandeurs d’emploi au moyen de l’articulation, par un conseiller référent unique, des réponses apportées sur le champ professionnel avec la mobilisation des actions sociales. Dans les agences Pôle emploi du département, l’accompagnement global s’appuie sur un conseiller Pôle emploi dédié qui assure : \- le rôle de référent des demandeurs d’emploi positionnés sur cette modalité \- l’accompagnement de ces demandeurs d’emploi dans leurs démarches de recherche d’emploi et/ou de formation. \- l’articulation avec le(s) référent(s) soci-al(aux) pour la mise en oeuvre et le suivi des actions. The aim is to simplify the career path of jobseekers through the articulation, by a single reference counsellor, of the answers given in the field of employment with the mobilisation of social actions. In the Department’s Employment Units, the overall support is supported by a dedicated Employment Department advisor who ensures: \- the role of referent of jobseekers positioned on this modality \- supporting these jobseekers in their job search and/or training. \- the relationship with the social focal point(s) for the implementation and follow-up of the actions.
