Le CIFA a décidé de mettre en place une action intitulé : La relation centre de formation – apprenant – entreprise : l’alternance au cœur d’une pratique réflexive. En effet il est indispensable que les 3 acteurs de la formation soient mobilisés et interviennent dans ce projet. Cela va dans la continuité du projet mis en place au CIFA depuis 2 ans : l’Excellence pédagogique qui lui-même fait partie du Projet de l’Etablissement : « Faire entrer le CIFA dans la modernité en mode Excellence ». Le but de l’excellence pédagogique étant de créer l’Unité entre le centre de formation, l’apprenant et l’entreprise, cette action n’est qu’une nouvelle étape de ce projet. En effet, pour placer l’apprenant dans une démarche réflexive il est indispensable que les 3 acteurs soient partie prenante et cela pourra se faire grâce aux réalisations déjà faites à savoir : l’harmonisation des supports de cours et leur partage (grâce à un site intranet accessible à tous), la nomination d’un formateur référent « interlocuteur privilégié » par jeune. Le projet ci-dessous : « La relation centre de formation – apprenant – entreprise : l’alternance au cœur d’une pratique réflexive. » n’est qu’une continuité de l’Excellence Pédagogique. CIFA decided to put in place an action entitled: The relationship training centre — learner — company: alternation at the heart of a reflexive practice. Indeed, it is essential that the three training actors be mobilised and involved in this project. This goes in line with the project set up at CIFA for 2 years: pedagogical Excellence which itself forms part of the Institutional Project: Bringing the CIFA into modernity in Excellence mode. As the aim of pedagogical excellence is to create the Unit between the training centre, the learner and the company, this action is only a new stage in this project. Indeed, in order to put the learner in a reflexive approach, it is essential that the 3 actors are involved and this can be done thanks to the achievements already made to know: the harmonisation of course materials and their sharing (through an intranet site accessible to all), the appointment of a reference trainer “privileged interlocutor” per young person. The following project: “The relationship training centre — learner — company: alternating at the heart of a reflexive practice" is only a continuity of Pedagogical Excellence.
