This will determine better hardness (outlining) parameters of 2H-3H and a high gloss of 98 ± 2 GU. The effects of the project will further improve the state of the environment. The project responds to the identified needs of the furniture industry, which is looking for solutions to improve the environmental performance of production processes, reduce and reduce the cost of the manufacturing process, improve the parameters of furniture products.     Głównym celem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnego w skali świata procesu uszlachetniania powierzchni drewnopochodnych ekologicznymi lakierami wodorozcieńczalnymi UV, w wyniku czego powstanie innowacyjny produkt – elementy meblowe, których powierzchnia zostanie uszlachetniona ekologicznym lakierem, które będą odznaczały się twardością 2H-3H oraz połyskiem 98±2 GU, czyli parametrami niespotykanymi aktualnie na świecie w odniesieniu do lakierów wodorozcieńczalnych UV, w szczególności w zakresie produkcji pod indywidualne zamówienie klienta, w szerokiej gamie kolorystyki itp. Pozytywne wyniki prac B+R pozwolą na wdrożenie innowacyjnego w skali świata procesu oraz produktu, które nie mają w tej chwili odpowiednika na rynku. Decydować o tym będą lepsze parametry twardości (odporności na zarysowania) na poziomie 2H-3H oraz wysokiego połysku 98±2 GU. Efekty projektu wpłyną dodatkowo pozytywnie na stan środowiska naturalnego. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby branży meblarskiej, która poszukuje rozwiązań pozwalających na zwiększanie ekologiczności procesów produkcyjnych, skracania i obniżaniu kosztów procesu produkcyjnego, poprawy parametrów końcowych produktów meblowych.
