The IT system will consist of: — The mobile module (mobile application) — providing access to the EER system, being a component of the ERP system. — ERP (Integrated Resource Management) module: material and production, finance and accounting, human resources management, sales and CRM -management of customer relations. — servers + UPS 2 units responsible for data processing in the EER system and allowing for the connection to the software application to optimise the design of the IT system architecture is based on a server solution: Access to the EER system will be possible on the basis of the mobile application level. The EER application will automate workflow and BPM business processes — the EER application will support open standards for data exchange including EDI/XML data exchange. The communication between the EER system and the mobile application will be done via API. Number of enterprises supported to introduce new business products = 1 Number of entities using ICT = 1 Private investments in support of public enterprises (grants) = PLN 219 978,55 (English)

Projekt będzie realizowany w Opolu. System informatyczny składać się będzie z: - modułu mobilnego ( Aplikacja Mobilna ) - zapewniająca dostęp do systemu ERP, będąca jego składową. - modułu ERP (zintegrowane zarządzanie zasobami przedsiębiorstwa): materiały i produkcja, finanse i księgowość, zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi, sprzedaż i crm -zarządzanie relacjami z klientem. - serwerów + UPS 2 szt. odpowiedzialnych za przetwarzanie danych w systemie ERP oraz umożliwiającego połączenie z aplikacją mobilną - aplikacji do optymalizacji projektowania Architektura systemu informatycznego oparta jest na rozwiązaniu serwerowym: - dostęp do systemu ERP będzie możliwy z poziomu aplikacji mobilnej. - aplikacja ERP będzie automatyzować przepływ pracy (workflow) oraz automatyzować procesy biznesowe BPM - ERP będzie obsługiwać otwarte standardy wymiany danych w tym wymianę danych w formie EDI/XML.
