The project consists of the construction of a new section of the municipal road of 0.295 km long, connecting the street. Kloericka (regional road No 423) from ul. Elewatorowa in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, at the boundary of zone B of conservation protection. The planned road is designed to communicate investment sites in the surroundings of the Port of Koźle with regional road No 423. As a result, the intersection was designed to be crossed with the provincial road by coordinating and coordinating the junction to the existing road (length of the regional road built: 0.026 km, length of the upgraded regional road 0.127 km). Along the new road, a pedestrian cycle is foreseen, which will be integrated into the urban cycle network in the future by improving the safety of road users travelling, inter alia, to their place of residence and to work (1 draft). The project is directly linked to the project: “Strengthening the investment potential of the Kędzierzyn-Strzelki Subregion by arming the investment areas adjacent to the Port of Koźle” under Sub-measure 2.2.1. ROP PP 2014-2020, which consists of the construction of an internal road combined with an Elementary Street and arming the investment areas by bringing them to the sanitary, storm-water system, the water network, the telex network and the teletechnical channel. The construction of the municipal road connecting the Elewatorsk street with Kłodnicka and leading directly to or from the newly formed part of the investment area is therefore one of the elements of a comprehensive investment to strengthen the region’s economic potential. This project will be carried out in partnership with the Opolskie Region. The project partner will be responsible for the proper supervision of the works carried out within the intersection and the maintenance of the built and rebuilt infrastructure. (English) | |||

Projekt polega na budowie nowego odcinka drogi gminnej o długości 0,295 km, łączącej ul. Kłodnicką (drogę wojewódzką nr 423) z ul. Elewatorową w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu, w granicy strefy B ochrony konserwatorskiej. Projektowana droga ma za zadanie komunikować tereny inwestycyjne w otoczeniu Portu Koźle z drogą wojewódzką nr 423. Dlatego zaprojektowano skrzyżowanie z drogą wojewódzką dowiązując się i koordynując kształt skrzyżowania do istniejącej jezdni (długość wybudowanej drogi wojewódzkiej - 0,026 km, długość przebudowanej drogi wojewódzkiej 0,127 km). Wzdłuż nowej drogi przewidziano ciąg pieszo-rowerowy, który w przyszłości włączony zostanie do sieci ścieżek rowerowych miasta zapewniając poprawę bezpieczeństwa uczestników ruchu drogowego dojeżdżających m.in. do miejsca zamieszkania oraz pracy (1 projekt). Przedmiotowy projekt jest bezpośrednio powiązany z przedsięwzięciem pn. „Wzmocnienie potencjału inwestycyjnego Subregionu Kędzierzyńsko-Strzeleckiego poprzez uzbrojenie terenów inwestycyjnych przylegających do Portu w Koźlu” realizowanym w ramach Poddziałania 2.2.1. RPO WO 2014-2020, który polega na budowie drogi wewnętrznej połączonej z ulicą Elewatorową i uzbrojeniu terenów inwestycyjnych poprzez doprowadzenie do nich sieci sanitarnej, deszczowej, wodociągowej, sieć telekom. i kanał teletechniczny. Budowa drogi gminnej łączącej ulicę Elewatorową z Kłodnicką i prowadzącą bezpośrednio do lub przez nowo powstałe tereny inwestycyjne jest zatem jednym z elementów kompleksowej inwestycji polegającej na wzmocnieniu potencjału gospodarczego regionu. Niniejszy projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie z Województwem Opolskim. Partner projektu odpowiedzialny będzie za właściwy nadzór prac prowadzonych w obrębie skrzyżowania oraz zachowanie trwałości wybudowanej i przebudowanej infrastruktury. (Polish)
