Proj. The Ministry of Labour in Tarnów, the Poviat Labour Office in Tarnów, the Poviat Labour Office in Olkusz — experienced in education and the activation of people without work — will be carried out by the Association of Active Support Economy and HR Partner sp. z o. o. The objective is to increase the employability of 300os. 220k disadvantaged on the labour market above 30 — unemployed, job seekers and inactive: women, disabled persons, aged 50 +, with a low level of qualification in war between men and women: p.m.Tarnow, the Cracow, Cracow, Olkusz, in the course of the projth session. The implementation of multidimensional, coherent actions and the cooperation of counsellors, trainers, employers will make it possible to achieve the objectives of falling unemployment in the region. A wide range of instruments and services for the labour market will be used for support. The offer will be tailored to the needs of both the individual and the employers of the regional labour market and the development of the region. The services will be offered in open daily beach. MCA in Tarnów, Krakow, Oświęcim, Olkusz, where consultations will take place and computer posts will be made available. Main results of the project: the acquisition, upgrading and adaptation of recipients’ qualifications, professional experience and achievement of employment efficiency. Participants will acquire the skills of self-looking for employment, increase their self-esteem and motivation. The project shall implement validated innovative solutions, promote active social inclusion, the principle of non-discrimination and equal opportunities. (English) | |||

Proj. Małopolskie Centrum Aktywizacji-kierunek zatrudnienie zostanie zrealizowany przez partnerstwo Stowarzyszenia Aktywnego Wspierania Gospodarki i HR Partner sp. z o. o. , Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Tarnowie, Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Olkuszu-podmioty doświadczone w edukacji i aktywizacji osób bez pracy. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 300os. 220K defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy powyżej 30 r.ż.- bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo: kobiet, niepełnosprawnych, w wieku 50+, o niskich kwalifikacjach z woj.małopolskiego: p.m.Tarnów, p.tarnowskiego,krakowskiego, olkuskiego, oświęcimskiego w okr. trwania proj. Wdrożenie wielowymiarowych, spójnych działań i współpraca doradców, szkoleniowców, pracodawców pozwoli na osiągnięcie założeń, z których najważniejszym jest spadek bezrobocia w regionie. Do wsparcia, zostanie zastosowany szeroki wachlarz instrumentów i usług rynku pracy zg. z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia(…):IPD,pośrednictwo pracy, szkolenia,staże,dodatki z uwzgl. os.niepełnosprawnych, łączenia życia zawod. z prywatnym, samodzielności, wsparcia towarzyszącego. Oferowanewsparcie będzie dopasowane do potrzeb indywidualnych i pracodawców regionalnego rynku pracy, zg. z kierunkami rozwoju regionu. Usługi oferowane będą w otwartych codziennie plac. MCA w Tarnowie, Krakowie, Oświęcimiu, Olkuszu gdzie odbywać się będą konsultacje i zostaną udostępnione stanowiska komputerowe. Główne rezultaty projektu: nabycie, podwyższenie i dostosowanie kwalifikacji odbiorców, ich doświadczenia zawodowego i osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej. Uczestnicy nabędą umiejętności samodzielnego poszukiwania zatrudnienia, wzrośnie ich samoocena i motywacja. Projekt wdraża zwalidowane rozwiązania innowacyjne, promuje aktywne włączenie społeczne, zasadę niedyskryminacji i równości szans. (Polish)
