L’accompagnement global s’adresse aux demandeurs d’emploi de la Seine-et-Marne * inscrits à Pôle emploi, * présentant à la fois des difficultés professionnelles et sociales qui entravent temporairement l’accès à l’emploi, et dont le traitement requiert des actions conjointes menées par des experts de l’insertion professionnelle et sociale, * et qui adhèrent à un accompagnement portant sur une double dimension professionnelle et sociale. Cette opération se compose d’une seule action et s’effectue de manière coordonnée entre un conseiller dédié Pôle emploi et un travailleur social identifié par le Département de la Seine-et-Marne. Elle se met en place après une phase de diagnostic approfondi coordonné suivi d’un entretien d’initialisation qui acte l’entrée du demandeur d’emploi en accompagnement. Les demandeurs d’emploi rentrés en accompagnement global sont suivis de manière intensive vers l’emploi, pendant une période initiale de six mois, à l’issue de laquelle il peut être décidé de la poursuite de l’accompagnement global si la situation du demandeur d’emploi le nécessite. La durée de l’accompagnement global peut être assortie d’une période de sécurisation pour suivre le demandeur d’emploi pendant les périodes d’immersions en entreprise, d’emplois et de formations.
