The project involves the replacement of 12 low-duty boilers, non-organic solid furnaces and replacing them with modern boilers, automatically fuelled with solid fuels. In addition, in order to raise awareness of air pollution and the dangers of air pollution among residents, measures to raise awareness have also been planned. The project also assumes an organisation of the control system. 1. CO2 emission reductions for the project: reduction 30,42, CO2 emissions before project implementation: 125,566896 Mgr after the project: 87,3650 Mgr, 2. emission reductions for PM10 and PM2,5: PM10: reduction: 95,86, prior to the implementation of the project: 0,45880212 Mgr, emissions after project implementation: 0,0190 MgrokPM2,5: reduction: 90,66, prior to the implementation of the project: 0,19317984 Mgr, emissions after project implementation: 0,0180 MIGk3. The project is not intended to be connected to a local district heating network. District heating is not functioning in the municipality; 4. Within the project, awareness raising activities are planned under point 2.3; 5. The applicant does not have a cover programme and is not planning to introduce such a scheme in the near future for persons who incur increased heating costs for the premises linked to the permanent replacement of the heating system in the project area; 6. The project is being implemented in the municipality of Pałaznica, which is classified in areas where it is necessary to take remedial action in order to eliminate old low heating heating appliances and are listed in the existing air quality programme for the POP region of Małopolskie, due to the limitation of the marks, the other information required is contained in section Q. Projekt zakłada wymianę 12 niskosprawnych, nieekologicznych pieców opalanych paliwami stałymi i zastąpienie ich nowoczesnymi kotłami na węgiel, automatycznie zasilanymi paliwem stałym. Ponadto, z uwagi na konieczność podniesienia świadomości dotyczącej zanieczyszczeń powietrza oraz zagrożeń z nich płynących wśród mieszkańców, zaplanowano także działania na rzecz podnoszenia świadomości ekologicznej. Projekt zakłada również organizację systemu kontroli. 1. redukcji emisji CO2 w odniesieniu do projektu: redukcja 30,42, emisja CO2 przed realizacją projektu: 125,566896 Mgrok, po realizacji projektu: 87,3650 Mgrok;2. redukcji emisji pyłu PM10 i PM2,5: PM10: redukcja: 95,86, emisja przed realizacją projektu: 0,45880212 Mgrok, emisja po realizacji projektu: 0,0190 MgrokPM2,5: redukcja: 90,66, emisja przed realizacją projektu: 0,19317984 Mgrok, emisja po realizacji projektu: 0,0180 Mgrok3. W ramach projektu nie jest planowane podłączenie do lokalnej sieci ciepłowniczej. Na terenie gminy nie funkcjonuje sieć ciepłownicza;4. Wnioskodawca nie posiada programu osłonowego oraz w najbliższym czasie nie planuje wprowadzenia takiego programu dla osób, które ponoszą zwiększone koszty grzewcze lokali związane z trwałą wymianą systemu ogrzewania na terenie objętym projektem;6. Projekt jest realizowany na terenie gminy Pałecznica, zaklasyfikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym Programie ochrony powietrza dla województwa małopolskiego POP;z uwagi na ograniczenie znaków, pozostałe wymagane informacje zawarte są w sekcji Q.
