Projekt zakłada poprawę jakości powietrza na terenie Gminy Dobczyce, która osiągnięta będzie przez następujące zadania: Wymiana starych nieekologicznych,nisko sprawnych pieców opalanych paliwami stałymi i zastąpienie ich wysokosprawnymi, ekologicznymi kotłami z automatycznym podajnikiem paliwa.
