The aim of the project is to improve the professional competences of students by adapting vocational education to the needs of the labour market, improving the efficiency of vocational training through close cooperation with local entrepreneurs and improving the employability of students in vocational schools. The target audience of the project is to: students who are minors and students of 18 + technical/vocational secondary school in the area of Myślenicki, and teachers in these schools. The main tasks of the project addressed to the different target groups are: for pupils: internships/employers (26.58 % of direct costs), courses and training (42.86 % of indirect costs), for teachers: training courses and postgraduate studies. Specific equipment will be purchased for individual sector related workers. Fitting-out work will also be carried out for two classrooms: automation and mechatronics and electrical and electronic installations. The results of the project will be: improve the professional competences of pupils, by completing the final beneficiaries in forms of support and equipping the CKZ secondary school with specific equipment for teaching activities in the directional sector. Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych uczniów, nauczycieli poprzez dostosowanie szkolnictwa zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy , poprawa efektywności kształcenia zawodowego poprzez ścisłą współpracę z lokalnymi przedsiębiorcami oraz zwiększenie szans uczniów kształcących się w szkołach zawodowych na zatrudnienie. Grupą docelową w projekcie są: uczniowie niepełnoletni i uczniowie 18+ szkoły technicznej/zawodowej ponadgimnazjalnej z terenu powiatu myślenickiego oraz nauczyciele uczący w tych szkołach przedmiotów zawodowych. Główne zadania realizowane w projekcie adresowane do poszczególnych grup docelowych to: dla uczniów: staże/praktyki u pracodawców (26,58% kosztów bezpośrednich), kursy i szkolenia ( 42,86 % kosztów pośrednich), dla nauczycieli: kursy podnoszące kwalifikacje zawodowe i studia podyplomowe . Zakupiony zostanie specjalistyczny sprzęt do poszczególnych pracowni związanych z kierunkową branżą. Wykonane zostaną również prace adaptacyjne dwóch sal lekcyjnych na pracownie: automatyki i mechatroniki oraz instalacji elektrycznych i elektronicznych . Rezultatami projektu będą: podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych uczniów , nauczycieli poprzez ukończenie przez beneficjentów ostatecznych ww form wsparcia oraz doposażenie szkoły pełniącej funkcję CKZ w specjalistyczny sprzęt do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych w kierunkowej branży.
