By means of an internal design, 38 parking spaces for existing and design buildings are designed. The existing fence opposing the design of the road will be dismantled and constructed within the boundary of the building plot. New sewerage, sanitary and water sewage systems are planned for the planned part of the project. External lighting shall be designed along the new internal road. Projektowaną rozbudowę sali gimnastycznej usytuowano w części południowej działki i styka się ścianą oddzielenia przeciwpożarowego z budynkiem istniejącej szkoły podstawowej. Część zabudowy kolidująca z projektowaną rozbudową przeznaczona jest do rozbiórki.Projektuje się drogę wewnętrzną wzdłuż granicy północnozachodniej. Drzewa kolidujące z projektowaną drogą przewidziano do wycinki w ilości 70 sztuk, a w zamian projektuje się nowe drzewa od strony południowej działki w ilości 59 sztuk. Przy drodze wewnętrznej zaprojektowano 38 miejsca postojowe dla obsługi budynku istniejącego i projektowanego. Istniejące ogrodzenie kolidujące z projektowaną budową drogi będzie zdemontowane i wykonane w granicy działki budowlanej. Dla części projektowanej przewidziano się nowe instalacje kanalizacji deszczowej, kanalizacji sanitarnej i wody realizowane na warunkach gestorów. Wzdłuż nowej drogi wewnętrznej projektuje się oświetlenie zewnętrzne.
