Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz gazów cieplarnianych pochodzących z ogrzewania mieszkań w 5 Gminach: Iwanowice, JerzmanowicePrzeginia, Skała, Słomniki i Sułoszowa.Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana starych kotłów węglowych na kotły gazowe wraz z wykonaniem wewnętrznych instalacji w budynku niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania nowego systemu ogrzewania. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane instalacje w źródła ciepła spalające paliwa gazowe. W wyniku realizacji projektu poprzez wymianę kotłów ulegną nastąpi obniżenie stężeń pyłu zawieszonego PM10 wart. Bazowa 14,103016 wart. Docelowa 0,0055104 zakładana redukcja o 99,96PM2,5 wart. Bazowa 5,938112 wart. Docelowa 0,0055104 zakładana redukcja 99,91 CO2 wart. Bazowa 3859,7728 wart. Docelowa 1432,704 zakładana redukcja 62,88 Projekt będzie realizowany na terenach gmin, gdzie zlokalizowany jest min. Ojcowski Park Narodowy. Dodatkowo są to tereny bogate w zasoby przyrodnicze podlegające ochronie, można wskazać na tereny chronione w ramach Obszaru NATURA 2000, Dłubniański Park Krajobrazowy.Realizacja projektu obejmuje wymianę łącznie 328 kotłów w 5 Gminach: Iwanowice, JerzmanowicePrzeginia, Skała, Słomniki i Sułoszowa.
