The main aim of the project is to allow 520 adults, aged 25 and over, to raise digital competences only with low skills, including at least 61 % aged 50 and over, and at least 61 % of rural areas living in rural areas. The project involves the acquisition of a minimum of 80 % of the competences confirmed by an external certification in the period until 31.12.2018. the main result of the project is the confirmation of the acquired competencies of 416 participants in the external examination at A and B level of the DIGCOMP Standard, and the receipt of the certificate. Only persons residing within the meaning of the CC will participate in the project, who intend to raise IT competences on their own initiative. The target group is 520 people (including 380 women). This will be restricted to the low-skilled (with an education of no more than ISCED level 3). Min. 318 people will be over the age of 50. Training will be carried out at two levels: — a basic in mode 8 meetings after 4 learning hours with an interval (32 h per group, 42 groups with an average of 10 people), in a locality as close as possible to the place of residence of the participants. The level A level of the DIGCOMP is 420 people in total. A functionally equivalent medium (32 h per group, 30 groups with an average of 10 persons) as close as possible to that of the participants. The level of B DIGCOMP is 300 people in total. Participants were provided with training materials, refreshments during 4 hours and 40 % of the participants (in financial difficulties, in the case of the unemployed, the disabled), as well as the reimbursement of their commuting expenses.     Celem głównym projektu jest umożliwienie podniesienia kompetencji cyfrowych przez 520 osób dorosłych, w wieku 25 lat i więcej wyłącznie o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym min. 61% w wieku 50 i więcej lat, i w min. 61% zamieszkujący obszary wiejskie. Projekt zakłada uzyskanie przez minimum 80% z nich kompetencji potwierdzonych zewnętrznym certyfikatem w okresie do 31.12.2018 r. Podstawowym rezultatem projektu jest potwierdzenie nabytych kompetencji przez 416 uczestników w toku egzaminu zewnętrznego na poziomie A i B Standardu DIGCOMP oraz otrzymanie certyfikatu. Udział w projekcie wezmą wyłącznie osoby zamieszkałe w rozumieniu KC na terenie woj. mazowieckiego, które z własnej inicjatywy zamierzają podnosić kompetencje informatyczne. Grupę docelową stanowi 520 osób (w tym 380 kobiet). Będą to wyłącznie osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (z wykształceniem nie wyższym niż poziom 3 ISCED). Min. 318 osób będzie w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia. Szkolenie poprowadzone zostanie na dwóch poziomach: - podstawowym w trybie 8 spotkań po 4 godziny lekcyjne z przerwą (32 h na grupę, 42 grupy po średnio 10 osób), w miejscowości położonej możliwie blisko miejsca zamieszkania uczestników. Poziom A DIGCOMP obejmie łącznie 420 osób. - funkcjonalnym średniozaawansowanym w analogicznym wymiarze, (32 h na grupę, 30 grup po średnio 10 osób), możliwie blisko miejsca zamieszkania uczestników. Poziom B DIGCOMP obejmie łącznie 300 osób. Uczestnikom zapewniono materiały szkoleniowe, poczęstunek w trakcie 4 godzinnych zajęć oraz dla 40% uczestników (w trudnej sytuacji finansowej, w szczeg. osób bezrobotnych, niepełnosprawnych) zwrot kosztów dojazdu na zajęcia.
