The project consists of the construction of a passive house of a passive house. Modern technologies used in passive construction will be used in the facility. The building will be built from materials with a high level of insulation of the building envelope. Low electricity and heat demand will cover renewables: photovoltaic system, heat pump. The systems used; a ventilation unit with recuperative and intelligent energy saving systems will contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions, as the house will not produce greenhouse gases and pollute the air. The project “Małopolski Model House of Passive Houses” will make it possible to organise workshops, information and promotional meetings on the merits of passive buildings for secondary and technical students and residents of Małopolskie Province and, in particular, the inhabitants of the municipality of Pforest and the powiat Tarnowski. The building will also be used for temporary leasing during the lifetime of the project/for up to 7 days/for potential interested investors to benefit from the benefits of investing in passive construction. The construction of a passive passive house and the use of modern ecological technologies will influence the applicant’s positive image and increase the competitiveness of its company in the market.     Przedmiotem projektu jest wybudowanie jednorodzinnego mieszkalnego budynku pasywnego. W obiekcie zostaną wykorzystane nowoczesne technologie stosowane w budownictwie pasywnym. Budynek zostanie wybudowany z materiałów o wysokim współczynniku izolacyjności przegród zewnętrznych. Niskie zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną i cieplną pokryją odnawialne źródła energii: system fotowoltaiczny, pompa ciepła. Zastosowane systemy; wentylacyjny z rekuperacją i inteligentne systemy oszczędzania energii przyczynią się do zredukowania emisji CO2, ponieważ dom nie będzie produkował gazów cieplarnianych i zanieczyszczał powietrza. Realizacja projektu "Małopolski Modelowy Dom Pasywny", umożliwi organizowanie warsztatów, spotkań informacyjno- promocyjnych dotyczących zalet budynków pasywnych dla uczniów szkół średnich i technicznych oraz mieszkańców terenu Małopolski a w szczególności mieszkańców gminy Pleśna i powiatu tarnowskiego. Budynek będzie przeznaczony także na czasowy wynajem w okresie trwałości projektu /na okres maksymalnie do 7 dni/ dla potencjalnych zainteresowanych inwestorów celem zapoznania ich z korzyściami inwestowania w budownictwo pasywne. Wybudowanie demonstracyjnego domu pasywnego i zastosowanie nowoczesnych technologi proekologicznych wpłynie na pozytywny wizerunek wnioskodawcy i zwiększy konkurencyjność jego firmy na rynku.
