The applicant is interested in continuing to develop its activities and to increase its profit and move away from its own borders, and is one of the means by which they can be realised. By expanding abroad, the applicant can increase its profits in a way that is not feasible or very difficult to implement on the domestic market. Therefore, the applicant has taken steps to enter a new external market and to expand on existing export markets. The international expansion of the Applicant will take the form of the entry of a product into a new foreign market, namely the German market and the increase in activity on the Bulgarian and Romanian markets. In each of these markets, new products that have not yet been the subject of the applicant’s international expansion will be introduced. The following activities will be carried out as part of the export activities: — advice on the identification of potential trading partners, the search for and selection of partners in selected markets of Bulgaria, Germany and Romania and the preparation of offers for cooperation and trade negotiations (including the provision of advice on the design and brand image of the applicant on the markets of Bulgaria, Germany and Romania, including advice on the design of promotional and advertising materials for each of the 3 markets, websites, advice on the adaptation of the product and its characteristics to the market requirements of Bulgaria, Germany and Romania (including, e.g. product size, packaging, minimum standards for the provision of services) — consultancy on certificates in the markets of Bulgaria, Romania, Germany — Participation as an exhibitor in trade oriented fairs and foreign markets abroad. The project is in line with the horizontal principles of the European Union since it has a neutral impact on the implementation of the horizontal principles. (English) | |||

Wnioskodawca przejawia chęć ciągłego rozwijania swojej działalności i zwiększania zysku, wyjście zaś ze swoją działalnością poza granice kraju, jest jednym ze sposobów ich realizacji. Przez ekspansję zagraniczną Wnioskodawca może zwiększać swoje zyski w sposób nieosiągalny lub bardzo trudny do realizacji na rynku krajowym. Dlatego też Wnioskodawca podjął działania mające na celu wejście na nowy rynek zagraniczny oraz ekspansję na dotychczasowych rynkach eksportowych. Ekspansja międzynarodowa Wnioskodawcy polegać będzie na wejściu z ofertą produktową na nowy rynek zagraniczny jakim jest rynek niemiecki oraz zwiększeniu aktywności na rynku bułgarskim i rumuńskim. Na każdym z tych rynków zostaną wprowadzone nowe produkty, które do tej pory nie były przedmiotem ekspansji międzynarodowej Wnioskodawcy. W ramach działań eksportowych zrealizowane zostaną następujące działania: - doradztwo dotyczące określenia potencjalnych partnerów handlowych, poszukiwania i doboru partnerów na wybranych rynkach Bułgarii, Niemiec i Rumunii oraz przygotowania ofert współpracy oraz negocjacji handlowych (także ich przeprowadzenie - doradztwo w zakresie opracowania koncepcji marki i wizerunku Wnioskodawcy na rynkach Bułgarii, Niemiec i Rumunii, w tym, doradztwo dotyczące projektowania materiałów promocyjnych i reklamowych dla każdego z 3 rynków, stron internetowych, - doradztwo w zakresie dostosowania produktu i jego właściwości do wymagań rynku Bułgarii, Niemiec i Rumunii (w tym, np. rozmiary produktu, jego opakowanie, minimalne standardy świadczenia usług) - doradztwo w zakresie uzyskania certyfikatów na rynkach Bułgarii, Rumunii, Niemiec - udział w charakterze wystawcy w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zorientowanych na rynki zagraniczne, odbywających się zagranicą. Projekt jest zgodny z zasadami horyzontalnymi Unii Europejskiej, bowiem wykazuje on neutralny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych. (Polish)
