The company’s project consists of the development and implementation of an enterprise strategy. TUBAN cooperated with the external contractor who prepared the International Strategy. The planned range of activities in the project results from the Strategy that will be fully implemented. The project is expected to be implemented on time: 01.05.2016-30.04.2017. In order to develop the international activities of TUBAN, the following target markets have been identified: Germany, China (Hong Kong) and Hungary. The following export development tools have been identified for the company: Specialised consultancy services linked to internationalisation of business activities provided by external consultants (identification of potential trading partners to search for and select partners in foreign markets; develop the brand/image of the company in the selected foreign market; project translation) and Participation in trade fairs and fairs, oriented to foreign markets. The company will participate in fairs with an international dimension. The project gives the best value for money to achieve the results: 20 new business contacts, 3 trade agreements signed, revenue from sales of products for export: PLN 300.000,00 as a result of the project. International expansion is a product offer for a new foreign market: Hungarian market; concerns the introduction of new products and services on the external market that have not been exported to date; create organisational and procedural changes in the company in the sphere of the organisation of work stations. Implementation of the project will help to address the company’s needs and to address barriers to export development. The project has a bearing on the implementation of horizontal principles: it is consistent with the principle of equal opportunities for men and women, with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and with the principle of sustainable development. Projekt firmy polega na opracowaniu i wdrożeniu Strategii działalności międzynarodowej przedsiębiorstwa. TUBAN podjął współpracę z zewnętrznym wykonawcą, który przygotował Strategię działalności międzynarodowej. Planowany zakres działań w projekcie wynika ze Strategii, która będzie wdrażana w pełnym zakresie. Przewiduje się realizację projektu w terminie: 01.05.2016–30.04.2017. W celu rozwoju działalności międzynarodowej firmy TUBAN wskazano następujące rynki docelowe: Niemcy, Chiny (Hong Kong) i Węgry. Wskazano dla firmy następujące narzędzia rozwoju eksportu: Specjalistyczne usługi doradcze związane z umiędzynaradawianiem działalności gospodarczej, świadczone przez doradców zewnętrznych (określenie potencjalnych partnerów handlowych w celu wyszukiwania i doboru partnerów na rynkach zagranicznych; opracowanie koncepcji marki/wizerunku przedsiębiorstwa na wybranym rynku zagranicznym; tłumaczenie związane z projektem) oraz Udział w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zorientowanych na rynki zagraniczne. Firma weźmie udział w targach o charakterze międzynarodowym. Projekt przedstawia optymalną relację nakładów do planowanych do uzyskania rezultatów, Przedsiębiorstwo uzyska: 20 nowych kontaktów biznesowych, 3 podpisane kontrakty handlowe, przychody ze sprzedaży produktów na eksport: 300.000,00 PLN w wyniku realizacji projektu. Ekspansja międzynarodowa polega na wejściu z ofertą produktową na nowy rynek zagraniczny: rynek węgierski; dotyczy wprowadzenia na rynek zagraniczny nowych produktów i usług, które nie były dotychczas przedmiotem eksportu; skutkuje wprowadzeniem zmiany organizacyjno-procesowej w przedsiębiorstwie w sferze organizacji stanowisk pracy. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zaspokojenie potrzeb firmy oraz na zniwelowanie barier rozwoju eksportu. Projekt wykazuje wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych: jest zgodny z zasadą równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn, z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji oraz z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju.
