The project aims to launch the electronic delivery of public services for citizens (A2C) and business (A2B) and to implement IT solutions that will serve the digitisation of administrative processes and procedures. The project will not provide for the provision of internal administrative services as services of which the administration is on line — Administration (A2A). In order to achieve the objectives of the project, the following tasks are planned: 1. The organisation of the DIAL PROCESOF DIALOGUE — within the framework of the mission to be launched 1-6 services of 4th maturity will be made available online, enabling, inter alia, the use of public sector information and resources; 2. The activation of the mobile communication — within the framework of the mission, will be launched in 1 and a 1 rd maturity 4 service will be made available online. 3. The launch of e-financial services — 1 services with a 5th level of maturity and 1 maturity 4 service will be available online as part of the task; 4. The launch of the OBIEGU SYSTEM — within the framework of the mission, will be launched in 1 with an IT system; 5. Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie świadczenia drogą elektroniczną usług publicznych skierowanych dla obywateli (A2C) i biznesu (A2B) oraz wdrożenie rozwiązań informatycznych, które będą służyć cyfryzacji procesów i procedur administracyjnych. W ramach projektu nie zostaną udostępnione usługi wewnątrzadministracyjne rozumiane jako usługi, w których interakcja zachodzi na linii administracja – administracja (A2A). Aby osiągnąć cele projektu, zaplanowane zostały następujące zadania: 1. ELEKTRONIZACJA PROCESU PROWADZENIA DIALOGU SPOŁECZNEGO – w ramach zadania uruchomiony zostanie 1 system teleinformatyczny, udostępnionych on-line zostanie 6 usług o 4. stopniu dojrzałości, umożliwiających m.in. korzystanie z informacji i zasobów sektora publicznego; 2. URUCHOMIENIE SYSTEMU KOMUNIKACJI MOBILNEJ – w ramach zadania uruchomiony zostanie 1 system teleinformatyczny, udostępniona on-line zostanie 1 usługa o 4. stopniu dojrzałości; 3. URUCHOMIENIE E-USŁUG FINANSOWYCH – w ramach zadania uruchomiony zostanie 1 system teleinformatyczny, udostępnionych on-line zostanie 5 usług o 5. stopniu dojrzałości i 1 usługa o 4. stopniu dojrzałości; 4. URUCHOMIENIE SYSTEMU OBIEGU DOKUMENTÓW – w ramach zadania uruchomiony zostanie 1 system teleinformatyczny; 5.
