The development of software for a prototype will be developed. as a result of the R service delivered, the applicant will be able to start producing and selling an innovative device. It is an investment that allows the current bid to be extended to cover industrial automation. implementation of the project is a response to demand from a market where there are no affordable solutions with the assumed parameter parameters. the main function of the appliance is the automatic detection of irregularities in a defined environment, such as the detection of leakage of substances used in production halls on the basis of an increase in the vapour concentration, for the control of processes in which the volatile compounds of 3D printing, plastic manufacture, confectionery production are separated. The next use of equipment is to monitor the quality of the air both indoors and indoors as well as in the open point: the characteristics of the device are 1. Use of modern MEMS gas sensors in a practical multi-site 2 application. Data fusion as well as multidimensional data analysis from multiple sensors (3). Detection of anomalies only on the basis of data from sensors showing the applicant’s experience in the implementation and implementation of projects, including R & D, is the guarantor of the achievement of the objectives pursued by the project. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi w zakresie badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych typ 1, których efektem będzie opracowanie innowacyjnego urządzenia urządzenia do wykrywania anomalii na podstawie pomiaru stężenia gazów, związków lotnych i zanieczyszczeń powietrza. Końcowym rezultatem projektu będzie w pełni funkcjonalny, pozytywnie zwalidowany prototyp urządzenia wraz z pełną dokumentacją techniczną.Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zadania: 1. Badanie w zakresie określenia funkcjonalności oraz parametrów prototypu urządzenia2. Opracowanie prototypu urządzania do pomiaru szerokiego spektrum związków lotnych i gazów3. Opracowanie oprogramowania dla prototypu urządzaniaW rezultacie zrealizowanej usługi BR Wnioskodawca będzie w stanie rozpocząć produkcję i sprzedaż innowacyjnego urządzenia. Jest to inwestycja pozwalająca na poszerzenie dotychczasowej oferty o urządzenie z zakresu automatyki przemysłowej.Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie zgłaszane ze strony rynku, na którym brak jest przystępnych cenowo rozwiązań o zakładanych parametrach.Główną funkcją urządzenia jest automatyczne wykrywanie nieprawidłowości w zdefiniowanym środowisku, jak np. wykrywanie wycieków substancji używanych w halach produkcyjnych na podstawie zwiększenia stężenia oparów, do kontroli procesów, w których wydzielane są związki lotne druk 3D, produkcja z tworzyw sztucznych, produkcja cukiernicza. Kolejnym zastosowaniem urządzenia jest monitorowanie jakości powietrza zarówno w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych jak również w otwartych.Innowacyjność urządzenia wynika z cech:1. Wykorzystania nowoczesnych czujników gazów MEMS w praktycznej aplikacji wielosensorowej2. Fuzja danych oraz analiza wielowymiarowa danych z wielu czujników3.
