Group Motor sp.j. is planning to implement product innovation in its product offer in the form of 8 sets of generators for outdoor work. In order to do so, prototypes of equipment developed within the company must be made subject to specific tests and tests to verify compliance with EU standards and directives (as indicated in section E1). The project will be carried out by means of a research and development service, in the following sequence: 1.Testing and prototyping, 2th modification and improvement of the power generators by Sumera Motor Sp.j. resulting from the results of step 1, 3.tests and tests of improved aggregates, 4.Once positive test results have been achieved and compliance with the requirements of the Directives and Standards is confirmed, EC certificates issued by the body authorised to prove compliance with the relevant directives and standards. Steps 1 to 3 may be repeated several times. The service will be performed by the scientific body within the structure of which the accredited laboratory is located, which ensures the quality and effectiveness of the work carried out. In addition to the use of new engines, a high focus will be placed on getting the maximum low sound emitted. This is a particularly important parameter in the case of power generators that work outdoors, as regulated by numerous and very restrictive rules. In addition, as shown by statistics, for about 30 % of users of noise aggregates are decisive for the purchase of equipment, so this parameter is one of the most important determinants of the quality and competitiveness of the aggregates. The noise problem is highly complex: is the combination of all aspects of the construction and operation of the aggregate: mechanical, electrical, motor, materials, casings, etc. This technology is complicated and therefore the introduction of this type of innovation will enable you to obtain a prz (English)

    Sumera Motor sp.j. planuje wdrożyć do swej oferty produktowej innowację produktową w postaci 8 grup generatorów do zastosowań profesjonalnych przystosowanych do pracy na zewnątrz pomieszczeń. Aby było to możliwe, prototypy urządzeń opracowanych w firmie muszą zostać poddane specjalistycznym badaniom i testom weryfikującym spełnienie wymagań stawianych przez normy i dyrektywy unijne (wskazane w części E1). W ramach projektu zostanie przeprowadzona usługa badawczo-rozwojowa, w następującej sekwencji: 1.badania i testy prototypów, 2. modyfikacja i ulepszenie agregatów prądotwórczych przez Sumera Motor Sp.j. wynikająca z wyników kroku 1, 3.badania i testy ulepszonych agregatów, 4.po osiągnięciu pozytywnych wyników testów i potwierdzeniu spełnienia wymagań wynikających z dyrektyw i norm - uzyskanie certyfikatów WE wystawionych przez jednostkę upoważnioną, potwierdzających spełnienie odpowiednich dyrektyw i norm. Kroki 1-3 mogą być powtarzane wielokrotnie. Usługa zostanie przeprowadzona przez jednostkę naukową w strukturze której znajduje się akredytowane laboratorium, co gwarantuje wysoką jakość i efektywność przeprowadzonych prac. Oprócz zastosowania nowych silników, duży nacisk zostanie położony na uzyskanie maksymalnie niskiego poziomu emitowanego dźwięku. Jest to szczególnie istotny parametr w przypadku agregatów prądotwórczych pracujących na zewnątrz budynków, bowiem regulowany przez liczne i bardzo restrykcyjne przepisy. Dodatkowo, jak wykazują statystyki, dla ok. 30% użytkowników agregatów poziom emitowanego hałasu jest elementem decydującym o zakupie urządzenia, zatem ten parametr jest jednym z najważniejszych determinujących jakość i konkurencyjność agregatów. Problem hałasu jest bardzo złożony technologicznie: jest wypadkową wszystkich aspektów budowy i zasady działania agregatu: mechanicznych, elektrycznych, silnika, materiałów, obudowy itp.
