GD proj.stanowi 80os.(48K i 32M)zagroż.ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.tj.: *os.korzyst.ze świadczeń pom.społ zg.z ust.z dn.12.III.2004 lub kwalifik.się do obj.wsparc.pom.społ., *os.z niepełnos.(min.15%GD), *os.zakwalif.do III prof.pomocy,zg.z ust.o prom.zatr.i inst.r.pr.(gr.prefer.-min.15%GD), *os.korzyst.z POPŻ(min.10%GD-gr.prefer.).
