The aim of the project is to increase the social and labour market participation and employability, of min.80 % of 72os [min.43women] at risk of poverty or social exclusion, with the characteristics of the target group, learners, working or residing within the meaning of the Act of Cywilt in the area of war. Tasks: -Diagnosis of UP — Individual needs and potentials of the UP, -Special psychological counselling, -Coaching support for family-work balance, — job-matching, — vocational training, -professional traineeships, and social skills workshops. INDICATORS: — L.os.at risk of poverty or social exclusion that acquired a qualification after leaving 16os. — L.so at risk of poverty or social exclusion looking for work after leaving 25os. — L.so at risk of poverty or social exclusion, working after leaving (including self-employment) -22os. — Percentage of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion that have made progress towards social stimulation min.34 % -Percentage of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which have started employment non-min.22 % [for severely disabled, for persons with intellectual disabilities and for equipment with disabilities, with equipment respectively min.34 % and min.12 %]. GRUPA DOCELOWA: 72os.(min.43kobiet)os.fizycznych zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,uczących się,pracujących lub zamieszkujących w roz.przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze woj.mazowieckiego. Proj.skierowany jest wyłącznie do os.z jednej lub kilku z niżej wymienionych grup:-os.doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia,-os.o znacznym lub umiarkowanym st.niepełnosprawności,-os.z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną,-os.z zaburzeniami psychicznymi,w tym os.z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i os.z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi,-os.zamieszkujących na obszarach(w gminach) poniżej progu defaworyzacji określ.w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego.
