Preference will be given to the persons/criteria to be added./which: to be used with 2014-2020-5pp, are eligible for classification III in the aid profile in accordance with the Act on the promotion of employment and employment (4). The project will be implemented within the municipality of Radom, which is below the threshold for disadvantage. Spoils. The main objective of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 22os. from the municipality of Radomia, including 3o.Radomia, with a 19os. aby. or an Action. zoud., aged over 30, who are unemployed, who are at risk of poverty or exclusion in the period up to 31.12.2018. This objective will be achieved through the use of indicators and comprehensive support for each participant based on the Indispectral reintegration path set up for indigo for each individual, taking into account their actual aptitudes and capabilities to be determined in the diagnostic process. The project involves activities such as: counselling and counselling, motivational workshops and social competencies, support meetings with carers, active job seekers workshops, vocational and training courses and training courses and social work, which will contribute, inter alia, to increased skills and social skills, increase or acquisition of new skills in active and proactive job-search, development or new skills in employment, and, as a consequence, employment. Active inclusion services of a professional nature will be carried out by a specialised body of np.WUP. Projekt skierowany jest do 22os.niepracujących z terenu gminy m.R-mia, w tym 3os. z niepełnos./10%grupy/ oraz 19os. bezrobot. lub nieaktywnych zawodowo, w wieku aktywności zawod. powyżej 30r.ż.,korzyst. ze świadczeń OPS, zagroż. ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. Preferowane będą osoby /kryteria dodat. punkt./,które:-korzystają z POPŻ 2014-2020-5pkt, są zakwalif.do III profilu pomocy zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudn. i instyt. r.pracy-4pkt. Projekt będzie realiz. na terenie gminy Radom, która znajduje się poniżej progu defaworyzacji wyznacz. w Maz.Barometrze Ubóstwa i Wykl. Społ. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 22os. niepracujących z terenu gminy m.Radomia, w tym 3os. z niepełnospr. oraz 19os. bezrob. lub nieakt. zawod., w wieku aktywności zawod. powyżej 30r.ż., korzyst. ze świadczeń OPS, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ. w okresie do 31.12.2018r. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez zastosowanie indywid. i kompleksowego wsparcia na rzecz każdego uczest. opartego o indywid. ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywid. dla każdej osoby z uwzględnieniem ich faktycznych predyspozycji i możliwości, które zostaną określone w procesie diagnostycznym. W ramach projektu zaplanowano takie działania jak: poradnictwo i doradztwo, warsztaty motywacyjne i kompetencji społ.,spotkania wspierające z opiekunami, warsztaty aktywnego poszuk. pracy, kursy zawodowe i szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje oraz prace społ.-użyteczne, które przyczynią się m.in. do zwiększ.przez uczest. kompet. i umiejętności społ., zwiększenia lub nabycia nowych umiejętności w zakresie aktywnego i efekt. poszukiwania pracy, podniesienia lub zdobycia nowych kwalifikacji zawod. dostosowanych do potrzeb rynku pracy a w konsekwencji do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym będą realizowane przez wyspecjalizowane podmioty np.WUP(poroz.).
