The aim of the project is to improve air quality in the municipality of Sadowne and Kosów Lacki, by reducing emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases from households. The investment consists of the replacement of low efficiency heat sources (boiler O.O.) onto biomass, gas, electricity, oil and gasification plants. it is also designed to build solar and solar installations on housing. this will be 133 installations (34 biomass boilers, 36 gas boilers, 12 gasification boilers, 2 oil boilers, 18 solar installations, 29 solar collectors, 2 electric boilers). The aim is to improve the energy efficiency of residential homes and to reduce CO2 and PM10 emissions into the atmosphere. The project is an umbrella project, which will be implemented through the Sadowne and Kosów Lacki municipality. The end users of the project will be the inhabitants of the municipalities (households). The project will be carried out in the “design — demolition” mode. The capacity of the boilers was selected based on the volume of demand for heat, volume, etc. by the building. Installations within the project will be installed in a dedicated room (boiler room) in the buildings covered by the project. The heat will be produced for own use (simultaneous production and consumption). The project is part of the assumption of the 2014-2020 ROP MP. The project will increase energy efficiency at consumption level, increase local energy security through diversification of sources and supply. The investment will help to improve the environment by reducing CO2 emissions. The implementation of the project will reduce air pollution through the implementation of low-emission economy plans (the project is included in the municipality’s PGN). Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza na terenie Gminy Sadowne i Kosów Lacki poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz gazów cieplarnianych pochodzących z gospodarstw domowych. Inwestycja polega na wymianie źródeł ciepła o niskiej sprawności (kotłów C.O.) na automatyczne kotły na biomasę, gazowe, elektryczne, olejowe, zgazowujące drewno.Przedmiotem projektu jest też wybudowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznych i solarnych na obiektach mieszkalnych.Będzie to 133 instalacje (34 kotły na biomasę, 36 kotły gazowe,12 kotłów zgazowujących drewno, 2 kotły olejowe, 18 instalacji fotowoltaicznych, 29 kolektorów słonecznych, 2 kotły elektryczne). Działanie ma na celu podniesienie efektywności energetycznej domów mieszkalnych oraz redukcję emisji CO2 i PM10 do atmosfery. Projekt ma charakter parasolowy – realizowany będzie za pośrednictwem Gminy Sadowne i Kosów Lacki. Odbiorcami końcowymi projektu będą mieszkańcy Gmin (gospodarstwa domowe). Projekt realizowany będzie w trybie „zaprojektuj - wybuduj”. Moc zaplanowanych kotłów została dobrana w oparciu o wielkość zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną, kubaturę itp. przez dany budynek. Instalacje w ramach projektu zostaną zamontowane w wydzielonym pomieszczeniu (kotłownia) w budynkach objętych projektem. Energia cieplna wytwarzana będzie na własne potrzeby (jednoczesna produkcja i konsumpcja energii). Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SZOOP RPO WM 2014-2020. Projekt pozwoli na zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej na poziomie zużycia, zwiększone zostanie lokalne bezpieczeństwo energetyczne poprzez dywersyfikację źródeł oraz dostaw energii. Inwestycja przyczyni się do poprawy stanu środowiska naturalnego poprzez redukcję emisji CO2. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na ograniczenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza poprzez realizację planów gospodarki niskoemisyjnej (projekt jest ujęty w PGN obowiązującym na terenie Gmin).
