Products will be devoted predominantly to the local, regional and national markets as well as to foreign markets — European Union countries. In order to achieve the objective of the project, the following expenditure is necessary: Production line No 1 for the washing and drying of lettuces with a set of two centrifuges — dedicated to the production of mixed salads and partly for the production of fruit and vegetables cocktails and pesto of kale: 1. Line for washing and drying of lettuces with a set of two centrifuges, 2. Tube exchanger, 3. Injector, 4. Optic Sorter, 5. Innovative football, 6. Preparatory table with innovative waste collection, 7. Cutting wheel, 8. Electronic horizontal packing machine of the flowpack type, 9. Thermo-transfer printer. Production line No 2 for the production of fruit and vegetables cocktails and pesto of kale: 1. High pressure high pressure handling machine, 2. The line for bottling the cocktail in bottles, 3. The conveyor belt together with a rock elevator, 4. Stainless steel tanks (2 items) for washing and drying of lettuce with drying tunnel — dedicated to the production of mixtures with added herbs: 1. Line for washing and drying of lettuce with drying tunnel, 2. Tube exchanger, 3. Injector, 4. Dry light in the drying tunnel, 5. Electronic vertical rolling machine with printer, 6. Nawarka, 7. Przedmiotowa inwestycja polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R, które pozwolą na osiągnięcie 3 innowacji produktowych w postaci nowych produktów (pesto jarmużowe, koktajle owocowo – warzywne, mieszanki sałat z dodatkiem ziół) oraz 6 innowacji procesowych w postaci technologii z zakresu obróbki warzyw liściastych, Nabywcami produktów Wnioskodawcy będą odbiorcy hurtowi, w tym największe sieci handlowe, hurtownie warzyw oraz firmy związane z sektorem HoReCa. Produkty przeznaczone będą w przeważającym zakresie na rynek lokalnym, regionalnym oraz krajowy, a także na rynki zagraniczne – kraje Unii Europejskiej. Dla osiągnięcia celu projektu niezbędne jest poniesienie następujących wydatków: Linia produkcyjna nr 1 do mycia i suszenia sałat z zestawem dwóch wirówek – dedykowana do produkcji mieszanek sałat z dodatkiem ziół oraz częściowo do produkcji koktajli owocowo-warzywnych i pesto z jarmużu: 1. Linia do mycia i suszenia sałat z zestawem dwóch wirówek, 2. Wymiennik rurowy, 3. Dozownik, 4. Sortownik optyczny, 5. Krajalnica z innowacyjnymi nożami, 6. Stół przygotowawczy z innowacyjnym odbiorem odpadów, 7. Koło tnące, 8. Elektroniczna pozioma maszyna pakująca typu flowpack, 9. Drukarka termotransferowa. Linia produkcyjna nr 2 do produkcji koktajli owocowo-warzywnych i pesto z jarmużu: 1. Maszyna do utrwalania żywności techniką wysokich ciśnień, 2. Linia do rozlewania koktajli w butelki, 3. Prasa taśmowa wraz z elewatorem skośnym, 4. Zbiorniki ze stali nierdzewnej (2 szt.) Linia produkcyjna nr 3 do mycia i suszenia sałat z tunelem suszącym – dedykowana do produkcji mieszanek sałat z dodatkiem ziół: 1. Linia do mycia i suszenia sałat z tunelem suszącym, 2.
