The project focuses on the implementation of investment tasks aimed at improving the energy efficiency of 5 plants in the city of Płock: Urban Pre-School No 5, Urban area No 29, Urban area, Miejskie Przedsiebiorstwo No 34, Town Hall No 2, and Special Schools of General Schools No 7. The project scope includes the construction of 5 microinstallations PV (23.8 kW, 34 kW, 30.26 kW, 24.48 kW and 27.88 kW), which will be located on the roofs of the plants. In addition, an air heat pump installation is planned in the city of Scotland No 5. The total added power of an installation to generate renewable energy from the project will amount to 0.18 MW and the avoided CO2 emissions are 102,06 tonnes/year. The project also includes the execution of project documentation, the author’s oversight and investment, and the necessary information and publicity measures. The project will be implemented in the form of a partnership. The implementation of the investment tasks, the design work and the supervision will be outsourced to an external contractor selected in the tender procedure, Partner project partners will carry out information and promotion activities aimed at increasing the knowledge and awareness of the local community of Płock on energy efficiency solutions, with a particular focus on RES. The task of the partner will be to prepare and carry out, inter alia, a two-hour prefix combined with a discussion on modern energy efficiency in public buildings. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja zadań inwestycyjnych zmierzających do poprawy efektywności energetycznej 5 obiektów na terenie miasta Płocka: Miejskiego Przedszkola Nr 5, Miejskiego Przedszkola Nr 29, Miejskiego Przedszkola nr 34, Żłobka Miejskiego nr 2 oraz Zespołu Szkół Ogólnokształcących Specjalnych nr 7. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje budowę 5 mikroinstalacji PV (23,8 kW, 34 kW, 30,26 kW, 24,48 kW oraz 27,88 kW), które umieszczone będą na dachach obiektów. Dodatkowo w Miejskim Przedszkolu nr 5 zaplanowano instalację powietrznej pompy ciepła. Łączna dodatkowa moc instalacji do wytwarzania energii z OZE uzyskania dzięki projektowi wyniesie 0,18 MW, a wielkość unikniętej emisji CO2 to 102,06 t/rok. Projekt obejmuje także wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej, nadzór autorski i inwestorski oraz niezbędne działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Projekt realizowany będzie w formule partnerstwa. Realizacja zadań inwestycyjnych, prace projektowe i nadzór zlecone zostaną zewnętrznemu wykonawcy wybranemu w procedurze przetargowej, natomiast Partner projektu zrealizuje działania informacyjno-promocyjne, których celem jest zwiększenie wiedzy i świadomości społeczności lokalnej gminy miejskiej Płock nt. energooszczędnych rozwiązań, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem OZE. Realizacja zadania po stronie Partnera polegać będzie na przygotowaniu i przeprowadzeniu min. jednej dwugodzinnej prelekcji połączonej z dyskusją nt. nowoczesnych rozwiązań energooszczędnych w budynkach użyteczności publicznej.
