The project will be carried out in a flame in Żukowo. The applicant is established in Mazowieckie Province (town of Żukowo, district of Płock, Mazowieckie Province). The main aim of the project is to increase the uptake of innovation in Żukowo Spółka with limited liability as well as to introduce 3 new products and 1 improved product on the domestic and foreign markets, applying process innovation. The project consists of implementing R & D results on the domestic and foreign markets of 3 new products: aluminium frames for scaffolding, aluminium scaffold for scaffolding, as well as for an aluminium model for an improved product, and an innovative improved product: significant improvement of steel platforms. The project involves implementing the results of the R & D work commissioned by the Applicant, Evidence is the report which is annexed to the grant application in question. The scope of the project includes the purchase of fixed assets: the purchase of a line of technology consisting of the following equipment: 1. A robotic position for welding of aluminium elements; 2. The working position for the welding of steel platforms; 3. A line to be perforated and forming a steel and aluminium sheet; 4. A robotic position for peripheral welding. Audience: Construction companies. Projekt realizowany będzie w pow. płońskim w miejscowości Żukowo. Wnioskodawca posiada siedzibę na terenie województwa mazowieckiego (miejscowość Żukowo, powiat płoński, województwo mazowieckie). Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwie Żukowo Spółka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnością jak również wprowadzenie na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny 3 nowych produktów oraz 1 ulepszonego produktu przy zastosowaniu innowacji procesowej. Przedmiotowy projekt polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R wprowadzających na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny 3 nowe produkty: ramy aluminiowe do rusztowań, trzypłytowe podesty aluminiowe do rusztowań, stojak aluminiowy do modelu oraz innowacyjny ulepszony produkt: znaczące ulepszenie podestów stalowych. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie wyników prac B+R zleconych przez Wnioskodawcę, Dowodem jest raport, który stanowi załącznik do przedmiotowego wniosku o dofinansowanie. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup środków trwałych: zakup linii technologicznej w skład której wchodzą następujące urządzenia: 1. Zrobotyzowane stanowisko do spawania elementów aluminiowych; 2. Zrobotyzowane stanowisko do spawania podestów stalowych; 3. Linia do perforacji i profilowania blachy stalowej i aluminiowej; 4. Zrobotyzowane stanowisko do spawania obwodowego.
