The project responds to the problem of the availability of pre-school education and inequalities in access not only to GK but also to the whole of the region or. The priority of this project will therefore be to increase the uptake of pre-school education and to improve the quality of pre-school education in the ZPO. Support for pre-school education also significantly increases the chances of women in the labour market, thus allowing for the reconciliation of work and family life, which is so much the project’s added value. K/M of the area of the Kodeń municipality between the ages of 3 and 4 l and the increased quality of the pre-school education provided between 01.02.2017-31.01.2018. The main objective is in line with the objective of Action 12.1. The direct result of the project intervention will be the creation of a new 20 pre-school places, resulting in increased educational opportunities for the children from the GK, i.e. for children who have not yet been able to benefit from this type of support. Project support will also be addressed to 2 teachers as an additional task and to the existing nursery school in the Code. In view of the complex project concerning the construction of a new nursery in the framework of the ROP and the limited financial capacity of the application submitted, it is reasonable, as a matter of priority, to resolve the problem with nursery facilities. New equipment and educational materials will be able to be used in old or new kindergartens (in the event of funding for the construction). The training courses/courses for teachers will be complementary to the project activities carried out. The training of teachers will take no more than 12 months to complete an exam. the applicant wishes to comprehensively train their staff in the most sensitive and necessary educational spheres, but at the same time will recruit people for the duration of a project of specialist activities to help teachers benefit from experience and work in new teaching forms.     Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na problem dostępności edukacji przedszkolnej i nierówności w dostępie do niej nie tylko GK ale i całego woj. lub. Priorytetem niniejszego projektu będzie więc zwiększenie upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej oraz podniesienie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w ZPO. Wsparcie edukacji przedszkolnej istotnie zwiększa również szanse kobiet na rynku pracy, umożliwiając tym samym godzenie życia zawodowego i rodzinnego, co stanowi niejako wartość dodaną projektu.CEL GŁÓWNY projektu - wyższy poziom uczestnictwa 20 dz. K/M terenu Gminy Kodeń w wieku 3-4 l i zwiększona jakość świadczonej edukacji przedszkolnej od 01.02.2017-31.01.2018. Cel główny wpisuje się w cel Działania 12.1. Bezpośrednim Rezultatem interwencji projektowej, będzie powstanie nowych 20 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, co przełoży się na zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych dzieci z GK,tj. dla dzieci które dotychczas nie miały możliwości korzystania z tego rodzaju wsparcia. Wsparcie projektem będzie kierowane również do 2 nauczycieli jako zadanie dodatkowe i do istniejącego przedszkola funkcjonującego w ramach ZPO w Kodniu. Ze względu na złożony projekt dotyczący budowy nowego przedszkola w ramach RPO i ograniczone możliwości finansowe składanego wniosku racjonalne jest w pierwszej kolejności rozwiązanie problemu z wyposażeniem przedszkola. Nowy sprzęt i materiały edukacyjne będą mogły być wykorzystane w starym lub w nowym przedszkolu (w przypadku otrzymania dofinansowania na jego budowę). Szkolenia/kursy dla nauczycieli Będą one miały charakter uzupełniający do realizowanych działań projektowych. Szkolenia dla nauczycieli nie będą trwać dłużej niż 12 miesięcy i zakończą się egzaminem zewnętrznym.Wnioskodawca chce kompleksowo przeszkolić swoją kadrę w najbardziej newralgicznych i koniecznych sferach edukacji ale jednocześnie zatrudni na okres trwania projektu specjalistów do zajęć dodatkowych aby  nauczyciele mogli skorzystać z doświadczenia i pracy na nowych formach dydaktycznych.
