The main objective of the project is to ensure the continuity of water supply on the site of the Applicant. Main stakeholders: Employees and managers, project promoters — recipients of services. The expectations of the main stakeholders are to ensure the continuity of water supply of sufficient quality and quantity. The Applicant’s expectations also relate to the possibility of financing investments related to the implementation of the investment. The project’s key deliverables take into account the number of people served by improved water supply — 32 750 people (80 % of the population of Świdnik and 10 % of the inhabitants of the Municipality of Melew) take into account: (a) the modernisation of the water mains with the slides from deep water wells to the water storage tanks and the installation of optical fibre in the modernised bus. The planned investment is located in the territory of the municipality of Melgiev in the district of Lubelskie Province. Sections of the water main under development are located in rural areas. The project involves the execution of non-excavation (renovation) of sections of water mains with a total length of ca. 10.6 km from the deep water wells to the water storage tanks, which are located in the territory of the Municipality of Me³giev. The existing water main was implemented in the 80s. There has been a growing decline in the system, and it has been assessed that the main bus is oversized. (b) the control of the control system is being upgraded. The new management and surveillance system for the extraction, treatment and distribution of water will ensure full and reliable control over the work of the equipment, the recording of parameters in online mode, full supervision of access to protected sites such as deep water wells, and the link between the dispatch centre and distant water wells to ensure continuity, reliability, high quality and completeness of the information transmitted. (c) improved customer service through the implementation of the online customer service of the i-BK customer (English) | |||

Nowy system zarządzania i nadzoru wydobyciem, uzdatnianiem i dystrybucją wody zapewni pełną i wiarygodną kontrolę nad pracą urządzeń, rejestrację parametrów w trybie online, pełny nadzór dostępu do chronionych obiektów m.in. studni głębinowych, a połączenie kablowe światłowodowe pomiędzy dyspozytornią centralną i odległymi obiektami studni głębinowych zapewni ciągłość, niezawodność, wysoką jakość i kompletność przekazywanych informacji. c) usprawnienie obsługi klientów poprzez wdrożenie Internetowego Biura obsługi klienta i-BOK (Polish)
