The main objective of the project is to reduce low emissions, improve energy efficiency and use renewable energy sources in public buildings, i.e. A municipal culture centre in Pohorce, Public Schools Team at the Marshal Józef Piłsudskiego w Pohorcice, Public School Team, Pope John Paul II, in Szilowi, Majdansk, the municipality of Tomaszów Lubelski, ZSP Ordyka Zojyska in Savoie, the administration of the City Hall of the City of Savoie, the ZSP ‘Załów Zoloz City Hall’ in the City of Mallorca, September 1939. The project will improve air quality, reduce emissions of pollutants into the air through the replacement of old low energy heating systems as well as installation of equipment for the installation of equipment using renewable energy sources (heat pumps, solar collectors). Thanks to the exchange of heating systems, the heating of external walls and the exchange of leaking doors and windows, emissions of gases from the combustion process into the CO2 atmosphere will be reduced, costs for electricity will be reduced and the technical condition of the plant improved. The target group of the project, which will directly benefit from the project at the level of its implementation, are students and staff of the School Group, as well as the inhabitants of the municipality who will be affected by real improvements in air quality. This will help to improve people’s quality of life and improve their health by reducing pollution delivered to air. The benefits of the project will also be felt at natural level. The expected result of the action taken will be to reduce the demand for thermal energy of the public utility. The key deliverables of the project are: Amount of thermal energy saved: 3841,57 GJ/year, Number of modernised buildings — 8, Number of units to be built from RES — 5 units (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest ograniczenie niskiej emisji, poprawa efektywności energetycznej oraz wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w budynkach użyteczności publicznej tj. Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Podhorcach, Zespołu Szkół Publicznych im. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego w Podhorcach, Zespołu Szkół Publicznych im. Papieża Jana Pawła II w Szarowoli, Świetlicy Wiejskiej w Majdanku, Urzędu Gminy Tomaszów Lubelski, ZSP im. Ordynacji Zamoyskiej w Sabaudii, budynku administracyjnego w Rogóźnie, ZSP im. Żołnierzy Września 1939 r. w Majdanie Górnym. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy jakości powietrza, zostanie zredukowana emisja zanieczyszczeń do powietrza poprzez wymianę starych systemów grzewczych o niskiej sprawności energetycznej jak również montaż instalacji urządzeń wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii (pompy ciepła, kolektory słoneczne). Dzięki wymianie instalacji grzewczej, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych oraz wymianie nieszczelnych drzwi i okien, zmniejszy się emisja gazów z procesu spalania do atmosfery w tym CO2, obniżone zostaną koszty za energię elektryczną oraz poprawie ulegnie stan techniczny obiektu. Grupę docelową projektu, która odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści z realizacji projektu na poziomie jego realizacji stanowią uczniowie i pracownicy Zespołów Szkół, jak również mieszkańcy Gminy, którzy odczują realną poprawę stanu jakości powietrza. Wpłynie to zdecydowanie na podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców a dzięki zmniejszeniu zanieczyszczeń dostarczanych do powietrza poprawi się ich kondycja zdrowotna. Korzyści wynikające z projektu zauważalne będą również na szczeblu przyrodniczym. Oczekiwanym rezultatem podjętych działań będzie zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną obiektów użyteczności publicznej.
