The project involves the implementation of the innovative process for the production of furniture elements as a result of the implementation of R & D results in the company, as a result of the implementation of the results of the R & D work. implementation of the new process will make it possible to introduce into the offer of the company, not yet available products/services for the furniture industry which is created by an automated and integrated design and manufacturing of furniture elements in the model Industry 4.0. The innovative process is the result of the results of the R & D work commissioned by the Applicant’s Technical University of Lublin. In order to implement the implementation, the applicant has planned investments in fixed assets (manufacturing machines) and intangible assets (specialised software). The purchase, launch, implementation and integration of all the new elements of the project will make it possible to diversify production. The design of the solution ensures that eco-innovation is implemented. The applicant has carried out market studies to ensure the efficient sale of the products/services resulting from this project. The project plans to start export activities. The implementation of the project will make it possible to achieve the following objectives: improving the competitiveness of the company, increasing the level of innovation, introducing new/improved products and services, and developing ICT. The implementation of an innovative process will make it possible to achieve the objectives of the project and the output and result indicators, by upgrading the company’s bid. As a result, there will be an increase in turnover and employment, improved financial performance, and thus increased competitiveness and a significant and sustained strengthening of the company’s position in the market. Przedmiotem projektu jest implementacja w przedsiębiorstwie PAKDREW innowacyjnego procesu produkcji elementów meblowych, będącego efektem wdrożenia wyników prac o charakterze B+R. Wdrożenie nowego procesu umożliwi wprowadzenie do oferty przedsiębiorstwa dotychczas nie oferowanych produktów/usług dla branży meblarskiej, tworzonych w procesie zautomatyzowanego i zintegrowanego projektowania i wytwarzania elementów meblowych w modelu Industry 4.0. Innowacyjny proces jest efektem wyników prac B+R, zleconych przez Wnioskodawcę Politechnice Lubelskiej. Aby zrealizować wdrożenie, wnioskodawca zaplanował inwestycje w środki trwałe (maszyny produkcyjne) i wartości niematerialne i prawne (specjalistyczne oprogramowanie). Zakup, uruchomienie, wdrożenie i zintegrowanie wszystkich nowozakupionych elementów projektu, umożliwi dywersyfikację produkcji. Wykorzystane w projekcie rozwiązania gwarantują wdrożenie ekoinnowacji. Wnioskodawca przeprowadził badania rynkowe, by zapewnić skuteczną sprzedaż produktów/usług, będących rezultatem niniejszego projektu. W ramach projektu planuje się rozpoczęcie działalności eksportowej. Realizacja projektu umożliwi osiągnięcie celów takich jak: poprawa konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa, wzrost poziomu innowacyjności, wprowadzenie nowych/ulepszonych produktów i usług oraz rozwój TIK. Wdrożenie innowacyjnego procesu pozwoli osiągnąć cele projektu oraz wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu, poprzez unowocześnienie oferty firmy. W efekcie nastąpi wzrost obrotów i zatrudnienia, poprawa wyniku finansowego, a tym samym wzrost konkurencyjności oraz znaczące i trwałe umocnienie pozycji przedsiębiorstwa na rynku. (Polish)
