The main objective of the project is to implement research and launch the production of modern tools for the production of modern tools on the basis of their know-how, on the basis of the ultra modern tool materials produced by the SPS method. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a new production hall and to retrofit it. In view of the further development of the company and the diversification of production, the construction of a new production hall, which will be carried out according to the highest energy intensity standards, and optimised for the company’s production, are planned. This building will be used at 40 % for the efficient production of new products. Part of this will be done to purchase a machine and equipment, i.e. an SPS material furnace that will be used to produce new patented tools, CNC grinder, hollow electrode. The machines purchased will be used exclusively for the production of innovative drilling. In view of the specific nature of the new product and the production process, it is not possible to use the machines currently available to the company. Optimisation of the geometry of the tools produced by the patented Know will help to reduce the range of resistance, the longer life of the tool. (English)

    Głównym, nadrzędnym celem projektu jest wdrożenie badań i uruchomienie produkcji nowoczesnych narzędzi skrawających na bazie własnego KNOW-HOW na ultra nowoczesnych materiałach narzędziowych wytwarzanych wg. metody SPS. W związku z tym istnieje konieczność wybudowania nowej hali produkcyjnej oraz jej doposażenia. Mając na uwadze dalszy rozwój firmy oraz dywersyfikację produkcji zaplanowano budowę nowej hali produkcyjnej, która zostanie wykonana wg najwyższych standardów energochłonności, oraz zoptymalizowany pod kątem produkcji firmy. Budynek ten dla efektywnej produkcji nowych produktów będzie wykorzystany w 40 %. W części tej zostaną umieszczone planowane do zakupu maszyny i urządzenia, tj. piec do produkcji materiałów wg technologii SPS, które będą wykorzystane do produkcji nowych opatentowanych narzędzi, szlifierka CNC, elektrodrążarka. Zakupione maszyny będą wykorzystywane wyłącznie do produkcji innowacyjnych wierteł. W związku ze specyfiką nowego produktu oraz procesem produkcyjnym brak jest możliwości wykorzystania maszyn które obecnie firma posiada. Optymalizacja geometrii narzędzi produkowanych wg opatentowanego Know How umożliwi obniżenie oporów skrawaniem, dłuższą żywotność narządzi. (Polish)
