The implementation of the project results from the need to increase the transport accessibility of the Łódzkie region in road traffic. The purpose of the investment is to: improving the technical conditions, capacity and safety of traffic (transit and local) and walking, adapting the load capacity to the requirements of the applicable rules and improving ecological conditions. Investments will be made both for residents who use it for professional or leisure purposes and for people coming from outside the region for tourism or business purposes. Road users are also transport operators, professional drivers, entrepreneurs, tourists crossing the DW 702. The scope of the investment includes the extension of the DW 702 in the Zgierze in the section from km 42 + 300 to km 43 + 455,15 (1.155 km): -demolition and construction of road roads (Rb,); -expansion and upgrading of crossings (rb); — construction of bus bays (rb); Demolition and construction of pavements (rb); -demolition and construction of exits (rb); — construction and conversion of storm water drainage (rb); — construction and reconstruction of road lighting (prz. INF.); -renovation of the viaduct over the railway line; (b- nk) -redevelopment of networks: electrical equipment (prz. (INF..); -conversion of roads: in addition, the project plans to carry out works such as the implementation of elements of traffic organisation including traffic lights and green logging and the renovation of the pavement. The project will consist of services related to: — the development of an external company; Vehicle investor supervision by vehicle staff, — author’s supervision — an external company; Promotion of the project — dashboards infor/pam., television programme infor. The project adopted a typical technology for the execution of works and appropriate construction solutions. The proposed project solution is optimal and the planned expenses necessary for the realisation of the project and the achievement of the objectives are achieved.     Realizacja proj. wynika z potrzeby zwiększenia dostępności transportowej województwa łódzkiego w ruchu drogowym. Celem realizacji inwestycji jest: poprawa warunków technicznych, przepustowości i bezpieczeństwa ruchu kołowego (tranzytowego i lokalnego) i pieszego, dostosowanie nośności drogi do wymagań obowiązujących przepisów oraz poprawa warunków ekologicznych. Realizacja inwestycji służyć będzie zarówno mieszkańcom, którzy w celach zawodowych lub rekreacyjnych korzystają z niej, jak i osobom, przybywającym spoza regionu w celach turystycznych bądź biznesowych. Użytkownikami drogi są także przewoźnicy, kierowcy zawodowi, przedsiębiorcy, turyści przejeżdżający DW 702. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje rozbudowę DW 702 w Zgierzu na odcinku od km 42+300 do km 43+455,15.(1,155km):-rozbiórkę i budowę jezdni drogi wojewódzkiej(Rb,);-rozbudowę i przebudowę skrzyżowań (rb);-budowę zatok autobusowych (rb); -rozbiórkę i budowę chodników (rb);-rozbiórkę i budowę zjazdów (rb);-budowę i przebudowę kanalizacji deszczowej (rb);-budowę i przebudowę oświetlenia drogowego (prz. Inf.);-remont wiaduktu nad linią kolejową; (rb- nk)-przebudowę sieci: elektroenergetycznej, teletechnicznej (prz. Inf..);-przebudowę dróg: powiatowych, gminnych.(rb) Ponadto w ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się wykonanie prac takich jak wykonanie elementów organizacji ruchu w tym sygnalizacji świetlnej oraz wycinki zieleni. oraz remont chodnika. W ramach projektu realizowane będą usługi związane z:- opracowaniem SW–firma zewnętrzna; - nadzorem inwestorskim-wykonywane przez pracowników ZDW,- nadzór autorski- firma zewnętrzna; - promocja projektu – wyk. tablic infor/pam., program telewizyjny infor. W projekcie przyjęta została typowa technologia wykonania robót i odpowiednie rozwiązania konstrukcyjne. Proponowane rozwiązanie projektowe jest optymalne, a zaplanowane wydatki niezbędne do realizacji projektu i osiągnięcia celów.
