    Le sujet de thèse vise à proposer des solutions innovantes pour les systèmes de communication sans fils basse consommation. Les techniques qui seront explorées devraient permettre de réduire la consommation énergétique dans les technologies CMOS ( Complémentary Metal Oxyde Semi conducteur ) qui est une technologie de fabrication de composants intégrés, au bénéfice par exemple de solutions de téléchargement instantané d’un grand volume de données. Le projet proposé s’inscrit dans la thématique de l’internet des objets avec un fort accent porté sur la réduction de la consommation des systèmes de communication intégrés. La société STMicroélectronics est pour sa part en pointe sur la fabrication de semi conducteurs utilisant des technologies CMOS avancées ce qui justifie son implication dans le projet. (French)
