"Le Collectif CIE 84 se propose de promouvoir l’insertion des clauses sociales dans les marchés publics pour faciliter l’accès à l’emploi à un large public qui s’en trouve éloigné, en : \- Assurant la promotion du dispositif clause \- Animant le partenariat territorial pour la réalisation de l’action \- Conseillant les donneurs d’ordre en favorisant : * La diversification des secteurs d’activités : Les marchés de travaux doivent être clausés mais il faut aussi diversifier sur l’ensemble des activités : démolition, construction, réhabilitation (gros œuvre et second œuvre), travaux publics (voirie, ouvrages d’art, éclairage public), exploitation et maintenance d’installations techniques (climatisation, installations hydrauliques, ascenseurs, chauffage, plomberie, systèmes électriques, de sécurité incendie)… Afin de permettre l’accès aux emplois clausés aux publics féminins et à des publics ayant des projets professionnels s que le BTP * Les activités de services qui peuvent intégrer des publics féminins et les publics avec des compétences et des projets professionnels différents: espaces verts, collecte, traitement et valorisation des déchets, gestion de déchetteries, propreté, entretien et blanchisserie de vêtements et textiles professionnels, restauration, gardiennage, déménagement, traitement du courrier… * Les prestations intellectuelles : intérim, formation, gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences (GPEC), études, assistance et réseaux informatiques, conseils * La diversification des procédures en jouant sur l’ensemble de la palette des articles du dispositif : Article 28, article 38, article 38/52, article 52, articles 36/1 et 36/2, article 37/2."
