Ce projet consiste en la formation, dans le cadre de "La création et la réhabilitation de cacaoyères à la Martinique" de personnes souhaitant une insertion professionnelle dans le domaine de l'agriculture et qui n'ont pas les compétences requises pour leur employabilité, un projet de relance d'une filière agricole pour remobiliser et qualifier des personnes en difficulté pour leur insertion sociale et durable. Trois actions distinctes ont été prévues pour y parvenir : * La formation des participants * L'accompagnement socio-professionnel * La production Cet Atelier Chantier d'Insertion est proposé pour la formation de personnes, mais aussi pour donner une dimension sociale au projet intitulé "Création et réhabilitation des cacaoyères à la Martinique". Un choix qui s'explique par le fait qu'il y a par ce biais une volonté affichée, de sortir des formés immédiatement employables, de donner, un bon niveau de sociabilité et d'estime de soi, aux participants, de permettre la remobilisation des participants par leur production encadrée. This project consists of the training, within the framework of “The Creation and Rehabilitation of Cocoa in Martinique”, for persons wishing to enter the profession in the field of agriculture and who do not have the skills required for their employability, a project to relaunch an agricultural sector to remobilise and qualify people in difficulty for their social and sustainable integration. Three separate actions have been planned to achieve this: * Training of participants * Socio-professional support * Production This Atelier Chantier d’Insertion is offered for the training of people, but also to give a social dimension to the project entitled “Creation and rehabilitation of cocoa trees in Martinique”. A choice which is explained by the fact that through this means a stated will, to get out of the immediately employable trainees, to give, a good level of sociability and self-esteem, to the participants, to allow the participants to remobilise the participants through their supervised production.
