The project has been developed in several municipalities and adapted according to the needs of the public and the offer of the territory in connection with the integration partners and the various institutional partners _(Commune, State, PLIE,...)._ The basic principle of this operation is to propose actions which form part of the local network and which bring added value to people’s journeys, in particular in addition to actions under ordinary law. The actions are organised around collective time and individual interviews with specific temporalities and frequencies for each action according to the objectives and methodologies implemented. In addition, these actions are places for meetings and exchanges and serve as an observatory of people’s needs, difficulties and expectations. The developments and modulations developed in these actions from one year to the next take account of this observation. Le projet a été développé sur plusieurs communes et adapté en fonction des besoins du public et de l'offre du territoire en lien avec les partenaires de l'insertion et les différents partenaires institutionnels _(Commune, Etat, PLIE, ...)._ Le principe de base de cette opération est de proposer des actions qui s’inscrivent dans le réseau local et qui apporte une plus-value aux parcours des personnes notamment en complément des actions de droit commun. Les actions sont organisées autour de temps collectifs et d’entretiens individuels avec des temporalités et fréquences propres à chaque action en fonction des objectifs et méthodologies mises en oeuvre. Au-delà, ces actions sont des lieux de rencontres et d'échange et exercent une fonction d'observatoire des besoins, difficultés et attentes des personnes. Les évolutions et modulations développées dans ces actions d’une année sur l’autre prennent en compte cette observation.
