Structure d'insertion par l'activité économique, Solidarité 58 est une association intermédiaire agréée par l'Etat : elle a pour objet de permettre à des personnes rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles particulières de bénéficier de contrats de travail par le biais de mises à disposition, en vue de faciliter leur insertion professionnelle. Les salariés de l'association intermédiaire bénéficient d'un accompagnement pour aller vers l'emploi durable. Solidarité 58 s'attache particulièrement à : Mettre en oeuvre un suivi professionnel systématisé et un accompagnement renforcé (DPAR) adapté à chaque situation. Faire évoluer ses outils régulièrement pour les adapter aux besoin des salariés et des utilisateurs : kit RH entreprises et collectivités et d'un kit salariés intermédiaires, passeport de compétences, etc... S'impliquer encore davantage dans des partenariats croisés : positionnement sur les marchés publics, promotion auprès des bailleurs sociaux et des collectivités. (French)
